Clipper down- AGAIN!

Clipper is down again, tagging in organizer is down

Dear @familyrppartner , I've just checked the Clipper and my new uploads appeared immediately. Maybe there was a temporary blockage in Clipper queue earlier. Please check again.
As for the Organizer, I've tested mine too and all items were successfully added to my collections.
Which browser are you using? Did you clear cache recently? You can find help here under Troubleshooting: https://urstyle.com/topic/1553017/faq.

And its down again - thats annoying. As for browser i use chrome and clearing the cache was the first thing i did but it doesnt always help

@familyrppartner I had a lot of problems when I used Chrome. Switched to Firefox and everything is running much better. Hope this helps.:)

@debraelizabeth Im not a fan of firefox, the clipper is working okay as in loading/clipping the items they just don't show up on the other end

Happens the same to me, I delete all the caches and cookies, and update my Chrome and still doesn't work.

Can't clip anything at all - gray box shows up on every page I try to clip and it freezes. Using Safari

@Sylvie-Dupuy @familyrppartner @debraelizabeth I have tested the Clipper (on Google Chrome) and my new uploads appeared instantly. Could you try again? How long do you normally wait for items to appear before reporting the problem? In the name of URSTYLE, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. It seems that Clipper is a bit unstable lately (since migration to new servers), so we need to be a bit more patient when we're clipping items. Administrators are working on stability improvements and fixes.
@cepheia The problem with freezing Clipper in Safari was reported several times and it's on the list of issues to be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@vn1ta I usually wait 3-4 hours before I report but I also have been busy all day so i try and do my clipping in the evening (GMT) or early morning, in the US this would be their evening and nighttime.

@vn1ta Now I can clipped items, but when I clipped them I wait for at least a half an hour or a little bit less. Thanks a lot for being so helpful always!

Admins will fix the current issues (Clipper is not working and Organizer is not adding items to collections) as soon as possible. Please try using the existing items until the Clipper is fixed. -

@akhesa10 The are going to fix the Clipper tool as soon as possible and for that doesn't work and maybe it has to pass a few days (I think so) to get fixed.
In the meanwhile you have to create sets with the items you already clipped. -

Admins have installed additional security measures for Clipper, so uploading issues should be significantly less frequent from now on. -

Mine hasn't been working on Safari for the last two weeks. it's always a darkened screen with a square shape, but nothing to tick off or safe.
