Is anyone else facing the glitch where the collection maker/item organizer is not working? It doesn't allow me to add anything to a collection. Additionally, I can get my own clipped items to load, but the saved items page never loads.

Yep! I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and other times it says that there's an error even though everything has moved around correctly. Plus, I barely see any of my clipped items. Some of them appear but most of them don't.
Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.... -

Same here, can not add new items to my collection and since migrating can not view my collections. I like to share items from my collections, now no one can see them either.

@lecoupdefoudre The problem with adding items to the collections was reported to admins and will be fixed as soon as possible.
As for the liked (saved) items page (LIKES tab in Creator), it seems to load, but with difficulty. Certain pages take a lot longer to load than others. Usually going forth and back to the same page makes the problematic page load. In any case, the problem with "endless loading" was reported to admins and will be fixed as soon as possible
