Problem with cropping tool

Is anyone else having a problem when cropping? I am trying to use the point to point cropping tool and the points are appearing a long way away from where I click. I took a screenshot to show the problem.

I clicked on the edge of the bed headboard and the point shows up away over to the left. I thought perhaps it would work if I kept going round the object, but it doesn't!! Any ideas???????

@auntiehelen. I used it a few hours ago and it was fine.

@halloweenismyfav Yes, it was all right when I used it a while ago, but now it is impossible to crop anything with the point to point tool ! (I am not good at straight edges with the pen tool !! )

@auntiehelen ~ I just took your bed and cropped it perfectly. I use the first square to crop. Is that what you are using? I do not know how to get this nicely crop bed to you. If you need it, let me know. I have saved it. Just trying to be of help. Would you like me to copy and paste it?π§‘

Dear @auntiehelen , have you tried the solutions posted here under Troubleshooting: https://urstyle.com/topic/1553017/faq ? Try logging out and then logging in, clear cache or change the browser - some of these solutions should help
I've just tried the point to point crop tool and it works well.

@beverly Thanks , Beverly .... I managed to do the bed with the pen tool and tidied the straight edges with a strip of white !! I wonder why the tool is doing that to me... I cleared my cache, but no joy !!

@vn1ta Oh, I do hope it hasn't taken a dislike to Safari ! I'll try going in in a private window !

@auntiehelen ~ I do not use the pen tool. The first tool (the square) is what I use. If you want me, I can remove the background and upload it to Urstyle. You can use it if you want to. Did you just want the bed and not the sheer drapes?

@beverly Thanks , but I need to find out what's wrong because I like the point to point tool best too !!! I can't keep asking you to crop things for me !! Hee! Hee!
I am going to try a private window because when I first started here nothing worked with Safari and I had to use a private window. I'll let you know how I get on !!! -
@auntiehelen ~ I did message you. Not sure if you got it. This is the bed. You can use it if you choose. I do not mind sharing or helping.
