@fassionista Dear, please try to open set to edit it, then select the entire set and move it to the upper left corner - this seems to bring sets to normal size.

Thank you for that Uber speedy response. I figured that was what what the problem was but I couldn’t find anything in my previous searches. Your screen shot at least gave me an idea of where to focus my search. Unfortunately, I was still unable to find the transparent square even after another careful search in that area and then again in the entire blank space in my set, so I just opened it in another browser, and edited the set. It seems to have worked (fingers, toes, and eyes crossed) so far/ -

A big thank you, sweetie for such a quick response. Dragging the set in edit mode only seemed to drag individual items, although I know in the past that I have been able to pull multiple items at once. Maybe it’s my browser?I’ve been using Safari on an iPad most of the time because I’m recovering from spinal surgery and cannot use a laptop or desktop without significant pain. I do have Chrome on my iPad though so I went in using The Chrome browser and re-edited the entire set and it seems to be working. Hugs for your help. I’m probably the whiniest person on URStyle, but you are truly helping my recovery

@vn1ta @admin sigh....another set disappeared again while editing it. No error message, just gone.
I’m going to try to be optimistic and assume it will reappear again shortly just like the others did. But I’m back to tears again.
I also tried to post a message on the community contests message board to let people know about the new contest I’m having in my group “Beauty Fashion and Fun” and keep getting error messages, saying that this type of post is no longer supported or allowed. (I forget which one). Has something changed that I didn’t know about? Thank you again...

I see I am not the only one having issues; my items are not even showing up on the screen when I try to make a set and I did not know if it was just me or not.

@admin https://urstyle.com/styles/1952928 here is a set where a lot of the items are invisible on the set. Tried to edit but the set started to spin for several houres. you can see all the items I used. why is it so that sometimes is the items invissible and not possible to drag in the creater. If i go out of the system and back again it is ok.? Frustrating.

@johbri ok, create tool has been fixed, now they will be visible at set if you add them to the set in create tool

@familyrppartner I've been having the same issue with sets either taking forever in limbo or not publishing. Is there a solution?

@diane @ittgirl we are still improving that process.
If sets can't be published but have been redirected to an empty set page with spinner, our system will retry publishing operation in the next 30min. No additional action is required.If sets can't be published, and user has been notified about that via popup message with the ability to download backup files. These files should be sent to [email protected] and we will upload them manually

Should I keep it open while the circle is spinning or is it okay to switch pages? If I switch will my new set be lost? @admin

@fashionmonkey You shouldn't close the page while the circle is spinning - just open a new tab on your browser to do something else and leave the tab with loading set opened until the set is published successfully

@vn1ta Hey I had a problem yesterday with publishing a set and I have sent the back up to the email you have provided. I would just like to know how long it will take for my set to be published. I appreciate the work you are doing and I would understand if you are busy. I'm only curious as to how long it takes you to proccess data like that.
