Although my issue wasn’t one of the ones mentioned here, I just wanted to share that both were fixed in under an hour. I went from tears of frustration to tears of joy in a very short time. So what have I learned? I’ve learned that URStyle loves us and I working hard to make us happy. Thank you ️

@fassionista Thank you for understanding, dear It is true, most of the issues are temporary and many of them can be solved by clearing cache, as the site is updated often. The changes in the background sometimes interfere with regular processes, but, hopefully, this will become stable in time. And, of course, you are most welcome

@bliznec clear cache or turn off adblock addon, then your cache will be refreshed automatically

@ittgirl it's a bug, but your all sets are here, just counter is showing number 100

@admin When I try to make set from a lot of my collection it is impossible to drag the item over to create. the item is invissible. I have tried hundred of times to clean the cache.I start to get irritated and sad.

@admin Still there is some bugs in the system. Do I have to clean the cache every time I want to get a new collection to pick items? Some of the sets get invisible elements in the creater. but when publiching it is there. I have deletet several sets because it has bin impossible to get rid of the strange element. Still there is many items that is impossible to drag over to a set . I do not have adblock

Is there a reason why my last two sets are publishing as a tiny set in the bottom right corner of the screen like this?

I’ve tried doing a grid check to see if there is an invisible item hiding somewhere but to no avail. Thanks for any help you can give.️

@fassionista Dear, please try to open set to edit it, then select the entire set and move it to the upper left corner - this seems to bring sets to normal size.

Thank you for that Uber speedy response. I figured that was what what the problem was but I couldn’t find anything in my previous searches. Your screen shot at least gave me an idea of where to focus my search. Unfortunately, I was still unable to find the transparent square even after another careful search in that area and then again in the entire blank space in my set, so I just opened it in another browser, and edited the set. It seems to have worked (fingers, toes, and eyes crossed) so far/
