Clipper working, but items not showing on create page

Some of my items are not showing up, but worse than that: when I add an item (clipped or liked by me) it doesn’t show up on the editor area, I just get a blank page with the link to the item on the top.

None items are gone. If some of them are not showing up, we will re-add them, just let us check that.

@admin I tried clearing cache to see if it helped the items to show up and no luck!

@familyrppartner we were moving all images to the new data center. As I see some of that images are missing, but no worries!
they are not gone, we have backup files and source images. It will take a while until we will target all missing images but all of them will back to you -
@admin what about not being able to make sets, the items show up which are clipped/liked but when you click/drag over it doesnt show up even after clearing cache

if you don't see an item when dragging/clicking them at create tool, that means your browser keeps the old version of create tool files. Simply ctrl+f5 / cmd+f5 should resolve the issue, I will check if we can do smth more remotly -

@admin i tried both of it but no result. this is even happening when i'm not log in and try to use items from the site. I'm not the only one who have this problem. That's what i see

@admin while my items are showing in catalog when you click them into the editor they are not appearing. I am running Windows 10 with latest Google Chrome.

@bastet could you try last option, open https://urstyle.pl/create and try if it's works ? (different domain, PL instead of COM)
