hello @vn1ta thank you for the info. just wanted to let you know that the clipper is not working again. i think it is a part of database issue and hope clipper will be fixed as well

My virus protection on my computer has just come up that this site is unsafe so I pray that it is rectified soon. I pray that we have not been hacked or something because this has never happened
at any time before. Thought I would let you know... as my virus and internet protection is one of the best and it has never failed me..... okay. Do not want anyone to get skittish over this either. So I may hang off for a few days till the site is up and running better. -

The site was not hacked, or anything similar. The Clipper tool is completely safe to use. There were temporary unexpected issues with the database due to system overload.

now it works for me too. no idea why sometimes nothing happens and another time it appears just in seconds.. thank you

@aaliyahjh I think it depends on the state of queue in the database and/or on the image size and format. In any case, it's a good idea to test the Clipper with a couple of items before uploading multiple images - it should save a lot of time
