Site slowness / loading for too long

How do I know if URSTYLE is having problems on their end or it's me I'm going nuts tonight trying to just make one set it is taking forever just keeps spinning and spinning then finally i see my items do i ask these questions on your f/b page or just say a prayer you will see this or perhaps just wait till the next day to go on (altho that's no fun) I don't think it's my computer as it is working fine on other sites help!!!!

Dear @weesey , sometimes problems happen (e.g. with database, server, or site overload) when no one is expecting them. They can happen during the night sometimes, but we need to understand that IT administrators must rest too (URSTYLE administrators are in the UTC+01:00 (CET) time zone )
They are always trying to fix the problems as soon as it is possible.
I do understand your frustration, but I needed to note the above written. When you notice that items and/or sets are not showing up (circle is spinning), that is usually a database problem. For now, the best solution might be to make a pause when you notice the loading problem, or the Error 503 message, and then check back the site in a while.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. The site is in development and updates are applied daily, even though they are not always obvious to the users. That's why bugs happen sometimes. In any case, please try not to be nervous about it because the problems will be taken care of.
If you encounter any errors with publishing, you will be offered to save a Backup copy of your set. Please accept backup copies and send them to [email protected] - admins will then upload the set on your profile. Please make sure to include your profile link or username.
If you publish the set, but do not see it appear instantly on your profile, or you see a loader spinning on it, that means that the set will load later.
In either case, you will not loose your work.

Hi I have just come back from a week away and cannot make comments back to people who have liked my sets.. kinda weird it seems to just go out of the comment reply button and all I see is a blank page?? Anyone having same trouble?? Would appreciate some feedback thank you only when you can or else I will check later to see if working correctly.

I didn't have that problem, but one user mentioned it on Facebook this evening.
Have you tried the methods proposed here: https://urstyle.com/topic/1553017/about-urstyle-please-read (clearing cache, updating browser, switching browser, Incognito)?
If the problem persists after clearing cache, please tell me which browser and which operating system you're currently using. This will help admins discover and fix the issue.

Continue to have slowness and problems with import and saving files. Running Wiindows 10 with Google Version 69.0.3497.100. Thanks!

Hi sweetie, yesterday I put a message on the 'HELP' section, no replies, but I posted this under 'Is it down right now', it takes the guess work out if there is a problem just on your end or if the site is down it's self, it even told me the other day when urstyle was down for maintenance. I'm currently having problems loading a set; it says it published and then just spins. I saved a draft so will try to publish it later.

@vn1ta Hi sweetie, I do not know what happened but when I returned back to comment again it seemed to disappear the problem.. I used Google Chrome.. and have no problems with it. So thank you for your advice and I will keep an eye on it for the future.

@admin Same problem here. Plus, using the site on iPad is draining my battery very quickly. I tested the site speed
