Hey guys, I need help
I've published a set, but it appeared small, because of the shadow I forgot to delete... I have now edited it and deleted the shadow, but it appears always that way!
I haven't had this issue before. Normally it works that way.Thank you, Regards

Hi sweetie I have had same problems before but it usually when there is an item outside your fame, so go back to edit the set and click all around the outside of the set to see that there is no items protruding outside the boundary, if so move them back inside the set and voila it should all be good, at least that is what I have found to be.. all the best with it my dear friend.

@beautifulplace Try the suggestion that @sara-cdth cdth found with a similar issue she was having. I had the same problem you did the other day and I read what she did and it fixed my set. @beautifulplace Hi dear, I have had a similar problem, small set size. I found that by moving the entire set in the top left corner (above the tab commands) I could visualize the set correctly. Worth trying... hope that can work for you as well.. Hugs , Sara

Are you saying that your items seem to merge into 1 item in the Creator? Do you also have a problem removing item background using the slider (shown and marked in red on the pic below) ?
Please tell me which browser you are using (and its version) and which operating system do you have. This information will help the administrators investigate and resolve the problem.

@danyradice The site administrators were already working on resolving this issue and they will release the update / fix as soon as possible
For now, you could try switching the browser - Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari are supported by Urstyle Clipper -
