Can't publish my sets :(

It happened before, I created a set and saved the whole draft but when I publish it doesn't appear in my profile. Is it something wrong with my PC or what? Here's the set I miss:

I clicked on the link and all I get is the spinning circle. I am trying to finish a set that has taken me too long. I could not access my categories in the editor yesterday at all. I finally called it a day and hope today is smoother.

I'm having major slowing when trying to click onto the next page in a collection while in the editor mode. Was trying to make a set and ran out of patience. Will check back later.
