Deleted Items Still Showing Up On Organizer

Has anyone else had the problem of seeing previously deleted items still showing up on in their organizer, but not no longer showing on main items page? If anyone's had this problem before and knows of a fix, it would be appreciated. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies already.

Dear, please make sure to wait a little after clicking on "Delete" item - you should see a "SUCCESS" notification
That means that the item is definitely deleted. Please let me know if that works for you

You will see this (shown on the pic below) in the lower right corner of the screen shortly after you confirm deletion. Your page will probably reload when you're deleting an item.
You can also use Item organizer for this purpose (shown on the pic below).

When I was organizing collection last night, I deleted these 21 items circled in the organizer. I am seeing the Success Item has been deleted however they're not disappearing from the organizer. However they're still appearing, but no longer showing up on the items page. I was wondering if it's on my end or a glitch perhaps. I am posting example screenshots of the issue that I am having. My Organzier and my items page

No, it happened to me a few times. Save them again "but to a different collection" and then you will be able to delete them from the item organizer. I think (but am not 100% sure) this happens when you are adding to collections and people are viewing items. Hope that helps.

@vn1ta and @Arjanadesign Thank you so much for taking the time to help me resolve this issues that I was having. I tried adding items in question to a new collection and once I did all of them disappeared.
