Unable to save draft and sizing errors on items

I have not had any problem saving drafts. I had a problem with a doll I made yesterday. She was so small compared to the others plus the images I used kept multiplying. LOL..........What next? I even re-did the doll in hopes that would help. I am not sure it did. The editor's delete item icon does not work right either. When I was wanting to delete an image, I would click on that button on the lower screen and nothing would happen. I had to click on the space outside the set and the item disappeared. Let us hope that things get better. Beverly

@ollie Hi Dear, sorry you've having issues with these things. Have you cleared your cache recently? Sometimes that can clear things up. Has the URStyle Team gotten back to you yet? They usually respond pretty quickly. Hang in there!

@Beverly @RainHeartArt Yes, I clear cache after every session, that should not be the issue here. Last time I had sizing issues, same as Beverly I also had problems with delete button. See what happens today with this set and hope I do not lose it on publishing. Beverly do you use chrome please? Many thanks

I always clear my cache everyday simply just because. I ask my friend who is a programmer about clearing the cache and he said that really has no bearing on this problem. He said the amount of people trying to all do the same things at once can really slow down a site. He said that when you start to change many things in a site, you will have problems. He said there are times when it is much easier to start from new. Not sure if and when things will improve. Thanks for the message.

@Beverly Thanks for reply, it just appears that many of us using Chrome appear to be having intermittent problems .... so I don't know if this is a common factor in all of this??

@admin Hi, Having sizing issues, yesterday I was unable to save draft and had sizing issues of items. Today when I go into the draft the set is huge, so I reduce it in size and today I am able to save the draft but when I go back into the draft, the set is still huge. I am going to start again, as last time I had this problem, I lost half my set on publishing. Any ideas on this issue please? FYI I use Chrome. Many thanks

I would say it would likely not be Chrome I have not noticed any other problems using it. I have used it for years and even on Polyvore. I am pretty positive it is the website and the amount of usage it is getting. I hope they can get it fixed eventually.

@Beverly Yes, I was using Chrome with Polyvore and all was good but when I was just using Google I had all types of problems with Polyvore and it was the PV team that recommended I change browser which worked, so I was just wondering. Still having sizing issues today

I guess we will have to wait and see. I just uploaded a few items and it was very fast. At least for now anyway. As for Google, I have never had any problems. Keep me posted.......Take care and talk with you later.
