@melody1704 I am sorry to hear that, dear. Could you give me more info about your operating system, browser and type of device that you're using (laptop, desktop PC, mobile phone, tablet...)?

This is an intermittent problem. It clears up in a few hours. I use a Macbook Pro and the Chrome browser. I do clear my cache and cookies and browsing data but this usually makes the immediate problem worse. It is not happening right now so I am happy. It seems to happen when the Urstyle team is preparing for release of a big update. But that might be coincidence. Thank you for your help.

@melody1704 The administrators told me that this process will be significantly improved in the future. They are working on multiple features, updates and fixes in order to provide us with the best site.
Don't worry, this problem will be fixed too.
