Biography:
- Liam doesn’t like the term army brat, but it is the easiest way to describe his childhood. The Zhaos were a military family that moved around a lot. Because of all of shifting landscapes, his best friends were and always will be his older sister and brother.
- Before she retired, Liam’s mom was a high-ranking official in the navy. She has always been his hero, even when he didn’t admit it as a teenager. His dad juggled a lot of things — home schooling the kids if they didn’t have a good school nearby, writing his novel, supporting his wife’s hard work and dreams.
- They had a beautiful, happy marriage and tried to bestow as much of a “proper” life on their children as they were able. They wanted all of their children to be great at communicating and conflict management. It really only worked for John (idk name tbd lol). There was always Stephanie, who was just...Stephanie, whereas Liam tended to be a little angry at his parents when he was younger for not having a more stable location. He wasn’t very interested in taking their advice when he was convinced that he knew best.
- Liam always thought he wanted to settle down early and lead “a very normal life.” But as soon as he had a taste of that by going to a top-tier university and dipping his toes into Wall Street, he found himself feeling empty.
- So he quit his job almost immediately and surprised everyone by continuing the nomadic lifestyle.
- He can be a little bit hard to keep track of and contact, unless your name is Stephanie. She is the only person who consistently gets a text back and a location from him. Part of it is because of their unbreakable bond as children, but a huge reason has also been her struggle with addiction. Liam would do anything to save her from that, and he wants to always be there when she needs him.
- Liam has been searching for that sense of purpose in life for as long as he can remember. He is more than just a little bit of a lost wanderer. Flying is his passion, but it is not the only thing that fulfills him.
- He has never had the concept of home...until he met Hannah. She makes him feel grounded.
- Their love is an intoxicating whirlwind. Liam did not necessarily intend to be married young, but once they joked about it, he couldn’t get it out of his head. His whole life, he has been running away. What if this once, he took the chance to put down roots? For Hannah, that is a risk he is finally willing to take.

Cat Lachey, 24
A bit of an internet personality, especially around the art Tumblr area, Cat earns her living by putting her fictional characters through hell and making fan-art. The dreamer in a family of hardcore realists, she switched her majors three times, before finally giving in and graduating with a diploma in art. Recently ended her five year relationship with a boy she once considered to be the one and is hopelessly searching for a little bit direction in her life.

Third time's a charm is probably Mr. Lachey's favorite saying, mainly because everything in his life has come in threes. His first marriage lasted three years; it took him only three months to propose to his second wife and three weeks to divorce her after 23 years. Mr. Lachey is a lawyer, much like all his wives and daughters - well, with the exception of Cat (he really hopes that his unborn daughter will become one though). Despite his failed relationships, he is a big old softie that cares about his girls A LOT and is willing to do everything just so they can be happy.

Unlike her ex-husband, the former Mrs. Lachey isn't that soft. To be perfectly honest she was far stricter when it came to parenting and raising Cat - those big ol' puppy eyes and tears never had an effect on her (well, after the third time she eventually gives up). Yes, she is very disappointed that Cat has had a difficult time making decisions all her life and yes, she is disappointed that she picked her lifelong passion for art instead of law school, but a part of her knows that Cat made the right decision by following her heart, instead of her mother's overly ambitious plans. The two occasionally butt heads, mainly due to the fact of their clashing personalities (Ms. Roberts thinks Cat is incredibly emotional and needs to be in a better control of her emotions).

The thing with children of divorced parents where one of the parent begins a new family with a new partner is that most of the times, the first children feel like the odd one out. In Caroline's case, it was quite the opposite. Maybe it's because of her interests (and later profession), but Caroline always fit in with her father's new family. Her little sister though, that was a different story. The two are as different as night and day - one is overly logical while the other tends to spend her days with her head in the clouds. Over time they somehow managed to look past those differences and now are one another's closest friend as well as confidant. As a matter of fact, Caroline was the first one in the family that actually encouraged Cat to go chase after her dreams.

Jamie Parikh, 25 (ex-boyfriend)
They met in their freshman year of college and despite the fact that Jamie dropped out after one semester, they still managed to stay in touch. Cat and her friends would often go out in the bar that he and his band would play and she would be his biggest fan and groupie. Becoming a couple was something that came natural to them. Before Cat knew it the two lived together and they supported one another's dreams unconditionally. Up until the point they moved to Los Angeles and Jamie's band blew up. The constant travelling and the parties were a bit too much for Cat and she always left early - because she knew Jamie and she trusted him ( something she would later regret). His cheating left her heartbroken, but the fact that no one actually told her was even more heartbreaking.

For a while he was referred to as Benji's replacement - at least to Cat. A bit reserved at first, Mason's true frat boy personality eventually came out six months after being in the band. A heavy drinker, he was known for his womanizing ways and his incredible talent for playing the guitar. It took a while for Cat to warm up to him, but much like Mason himself once they became friends, he became the little brother she never knew she wanted. Eventually things went downhill ever since the band's big break. Mason became a lot more obnoxious and irresponsible to the point where he would straight up disrespect Cat. When she found out about Jamie's cheating, she really wasn't surprised that Mason heavily encouraged him.

One of Jamie's oldest friends, it was actually Devon that is sort of responsible for Cat and Jamie getting together. A talented drummer, Devon is the comic relief of the group - the glue that kept everyone together and the one that opposed to Benji's undisclosed departure. He and Cat were pretty close so maybe that's why it hurt so much when she found out about Jamie's cheating.

One of the original members of Jamie's band, he along with Devon were incredibly close with Cat. According to him, Jamie was a better person when around Cat, but sadly that didn't last for long. Two years before the band's big break Benji was kicked out for reasons that are still unclear for Cat. But now, that she is aware of Jamie's tendency to sprout lies, maybe the story he was selling to her all those years ago - the one about how Benji wasn't hundred percent devoted to the band - might as well be a lie.

A high-ranking navy official and the world's most hard working mother (in her kids' opinion, anyway), Stephanie and her mom didn't always get along. Due to her demanding position and long working hours, she was barely ever at home, leaving the kids with their dad for most of their upbringing. There was a strange sense of betrayal Stephanie felt seeing other girls grow up having stereotypical fights with their mothers, when she barely knew her own. It was for this particular reason that Stephanie was mostly at war with her mother, blaming her for abandoning the family and being too focused on her work - but now, in a similar position as her mother so many years ago, Stephanie has come to the bittersweet conclusion she was truly trying her best to still pursue her career and maintain a happy, prosperous family.ɪɪ. ғᴀᴛʜᴇʀ / (name, age TBA; li xuejian)
A stay at home dad and part-time novelist, Stephanie remembers seeing him as both a father and a mother when there was no real one around. His devotion to his wife, and ultimately his kids, motivated him to work from home and take a step back from his tight-schedule youth for the sake of raising healthy, emotionally stable children. It's not that Stephanie doesn't love her youngest brother - she does, to the point where relatives start complaining she's pampering him too much. What's not to love about William? It started out as nothing more than offering each other a drink, then going back home together, then occasionally meeting at one or the other's apartment. The Absolute Worst -- You know when you find a guy who's intoxicatingly attractive but also the human equivalent of a dumpster? That's Abel for you. He's no doubt one of the most beautiful guys Stephanie has ever met in her entire life, but he's also one of the most problematic. Having met her at Central Saint Martins, you could say Abel was one of the main acts in her long battle with bad habits. Ironically a fellow New Yorker, dropping out of CSM and moving back home didn't buy her much time, as he too moved back home to open his own boutique of hyper-masculine apparel. The Good Guy -- Tender, caring, challenging and super charismatic are the first things that come to Stephanie's mind to best describe her most stable lover to date. Heinrich and Stephanie have loosely known each other since her days as a Law student, but things really started happening after she graduated. They've been official for three years, with her partly relocating in Berlin to support his entrepreneurial projects. He's endlessly fascinating and his love compares to no other she's felt before, but there is one thing that always has her guessing what would come next: they're an openly open relationship. While the decision did come as an act of mercy on his side when she simply couldn't take the idea of 'settling down', it has now become a constant question mark weighing down on her shoulders - who's he seeing? The Hopeful Lover -- It's been roughly a year since the two met, but even so, Luna is besotted with Stephanie. What started out as a very good barista-client relationship progressed towards a very close friendship that ultimately led to waking up together every once in a while. And although Stephanie has been completely upfront about dating Heinrich (leaving the others a secret Luna doesn't have to know), the fact that another person was in her life never stopped Luna from trying her hardest to win Stephanie entirely.ᴇ. ᴍᴀᴛᴛʜɪᴀs ғᴏᴛᴏᴘᴏᴜʟᴏs / (28; anders gran)
The Looks-Like-A-Bad-Idea-But-He's-Actually-A-Good-Lad -- Stephanie met this Greek god in a bar in Berlin, where he works as a photographer. They shared some drinks and then phone numbers and then the Uber home, agreeing to meet the next evening for a tour of his studio. The tour ended with a kiss, and the promise of a future meeting, which ended up being a surprise photo shoot. And while one thing led to the other, he became a person oddly difficult for Stephanie to push away - not in a clingy way, no, but rather in an attempt at friendship on his side. Even now, when their status is terribly uncertain, she calls him every time she's in town to share a bottle of wine and some cigarettes, just keeping up with each other's lives.✰✰✰✰✰✰✰✰

Moreover, although married to a woman, Sia has never ever felt anything more than platonic friendship and care for Stephanie, something that felt oddly reassuring and convincing for someone with such complicated experiences with love. -

Biography:
Emily grew up in a rough and tumble kind of house with four brothers and parents that were too busy to really pay attention to anyone other than themselves. As a child she ran around the city of Boston jumping in rain puddles and eating candy bars for dinner. Emily was far from being a proper young lady in her very middle class neighborhood. It wasn’t until she met her childhood best friend Hannah that she finally mellowed out and matured just enough for teachers and neighbors to stop their snarky comments about her wild long hair and rude table manners. The whispers about her negligent parents seem to vanish when Emily started to hang out with Hannah and she stopped acting like her ferrell brothers.
When it came time for the girls to graduate high school and head to their respective universities they promised to talk every week and make a point to hang out whenever they were in the same city, but like many other high school friendships time and life took its toll and they slowly drifted apart. No dramatic fall out, no tears, no cold shoulders, just busy uni schedules and jobs taking over precious free time.
Emily stayed in their home city of Boston and that’s where she likes to be, especially now with her father passing on and her mother starting ail. Ironically Emily now cares for her mother they way she almost wishes her mother cared for her. Between work and her mom, Emily’s only fun is happy hour at the bar at the end of her street. Her current friendships and relationships have currently started to feel hollow and superficial and there has been a new stirring in Emily’s gut that perhaps she needs an adventure to stifle this new restlessness. Aphrodite Lane grew up on the Upper East Side of New York. Her parents raised her from a young age in pageants. She’s always been on a stage sharing her show-stopping smile. She’s been a winner since age 10.
At the age of 12, she was scouted by Model Exchange, the biggest modeling agency in New York. Her career as a model took off. She starred in many ad campaigns and fashion shows. As soon as her career took off her parents moved to the east coast to get her more recognition.
She never really had contact with her aunt and uncle (or her cousin for that matter). Her parents think it’s time for her to get a reality check. She has gotten way out of hand. Hey guys as you know auditions end today, so please make sure to finish up because I'll be going through them starting tomorrow. Those who have asked me for extensions you have time until July 20th (that's when I'll be returning from vacation). The first event will start on July 22nd. I'll announced the parts either tomorrow or the day after.

The only available role left is the one of Monica B and it ultimately goes to the person who had her first on their top three and that is @Followyourbliss (pls dm/pm me if you're interested in writing for her). As for @filthysoul since you're the only one left and I didn't want to decline your audition because I do think Aphrodite will be a nice addition to the team (especially drama wise) you also get the role as the bachlorette party crasher - because every party needs one.For those with extensions please make sure you finish your auditions until July 20th. Same goes for @Followyourbliss if she wants the part of Monica. The rest who got the roles can begin plotting.
