Does anyone know how to replace the transparent background to white?

I usually post my sets to Instagram and every time I post, the background is completely black and it makes it look different from the original. Does anyone have any tips or anything?

Hi dear, I had the same problem, then I figured out if I post my set on Pinterest and then post it to IG it will appear with white background. This is my IG:

If you still had a problem, try to save your set from Pinterest to your device and then post it to IG. -

@emotionaltown By the way, I also use this square background: https://urstyle.com/shop/9697290 to limit my working space and I set it to "full background" (please see the attached picture and the marked option on it).
Then my sets don't have a transparent background
