CAN'T PUBLISH SETS ON 5/31/2018

I guess the team is updating because I am unable to publish a set. I was able to save the draft. I get the message "try again later. Unexpected error occurred. Has anyone else had that?

Are you on mobile or computer? Did you try clearing your browsers cookies and data? Or updating your browser? I've heard that works.
