IMPORT PROFILE FEATURE

Hello.
I just wanted to know, when you import your old profile, does it also import old messages, drafts and items? My zip file I downloaded from Polyvore has that all saved and I'm only interested in importing my old sets if I decide to.
Do you also have to wait for the circle to stop spinning to know that you've successfully imported the file? I'm a bit confused because some people say on here they get a bar at the top that goes black and others say you have to wait for the loading circle to stop spinning and not to sign out or leave the page when it's spinning. -
@owlsofmarie I didn't have to share the link with Oliwia. I found the original zip file from Polyvore so I tried the upload again and I was successful the second time. I did not hit "Save Changes" the first time and that may have been the problem. Best of luck to you!

@owlsofmarie If you have a large number of sets, it may take a couple of days. Please note that your .zip file shouldn't be edited in order for the upload to be successful. If you encounter any problems with the upload, please do the following:
- Upload your Polyvore .zip file to Google Drive
- Share the link to your file with [email protected]
Then URSTYLE team will upload your sets manually.

@girlinthebigbox Dear, only your sets will be imported once you upload your Polyvore .zip file. You can upload drafts as well, if you want. Other users uploaded their drafts by saving them to Pinterest, Blogger or other sites and then using Clipper extension to send them over to URSTYLE.

Whether you see a bar, or a spinning circle, please make sure to wait for either of them to finish uploading. You should see a SUCCESS message at the end.Please note that your zip file shouldn't be edited, unzipped, or changed in some other way in order for the upload to be successful. Your sets will probably appear gradually on your profile for a couple of days, especially if you have large number of sets.
If you encounter problems with upload, or your sets don't start appearing within a couple of days, please do the following:
- Upload your Polyvore .zip file to Google Drive
- Share the link to your file with [email protected]
Then URSTYLE team will upload your sets manually.

Hello @owlsofmarie When did you try to upload your sets (date)? Did you get a "SUCCESS" notification? Did you wait for the loader to stop spinning in that tab?
If your .zip file was edited, unzipped or changed in any other way, the regular upload will not be successful (via IMPORT PROFILE).
If you tried to upload your sets over 2 days ago, you waited for the loader and you got a SUCCESS notification, but your sets still didn't start appearing on your profile, please share the link with Ms Oliwia as explained above (in the reply to you from URSTYLE) and your sets will be uploaded manually.

@owlsofmarie Dear, please be patient. There are many user uploads and those files are large, so it takes some time to upload them.
If your sets are not uploaded by the end of this week, feel free to message me then.
In the meantime, feel free to start creating sets on URSTYLE Your Polyvore uploads will appear before them on your profile - your new URSTYLE sets will be on top, so there's no need to worry about that. hi! i have a question, i have already know that this page has deleted in April 6th. But i don't know if i can take it bake now?, and the other question is if i don't remember my password what i have to do then?

Hello @emilia-guevara Polyvore was deleted in April, that's correct. They've allowed us to download our work until May 15th, 2018. If you didn't get your sets by that date, you could try searching for your sets on Pinterest, Tumblr, Blogger or other sites where you might have shared your work. You can also try searching for your work on Google - just type your username + polyvore as key words
As for the password, in case you forget it, you will see a "FORGOT PASSWORD" button on the log in page (shown on the picture below) - just scroll a bit down if your screen is smaller and you'll see it. You will be able to reset your password via your email then.

@URSTYLE , still my sets didn't show up. It's been 2 days so sent an email as per the guidelines. Looking forward for my Polyvore sets.

@sindhu_coolgirl Please be patient and give URSTYLE admins some time to upload your work, dear They are very busy. Also, please note that upload may take more time if you have a large number of sets.
