I import my sets more than a week ago and still nothing.
what do I do now ? just whait or try again ?
I recieved succes message but still nothing.

@rachida It took my sets around about a week to get uploaded. Right now, there are many sets in the queue to be uploaded as well as items ( as they test the clipper ) so it is possible that your polyvore sets are just stuck in the queue.

If you're still worried and they haven't appeared in a few more days, you can contact the admin team and they will be able to give you more information, such as if they definitely have received your sets to upload or if there is any issues like back log.

@_-matild-e you mean the polyvore one? Unfortunately, I think yes. Polyvore allowed until 15th of May to download users' sets, it is already after the deadline

@olivpear @_-matild-e That's true, Polyvore allowed us to download our content until May 15th - after this date the link is not working anymore.

But this is not a reason to loose hope! You can create amazing sets on Urstyle!
Polyvore was very nice, but now it's a part of the past and we should move on. Urstyle helped me recover from the loss and I've been creating sets whenever I have time and inspiration

P.S. You can try searching Pinterest, your blog or other accounts where you shared your sets, in case you didn't get them from that Polyvore link. Then you can download them from those sites.

@zombie Dear, we were allowed to download our content (in a .zip file) from Polyvore's link until May 15th. Unfortunately, that deadline passed

You could try searching Pinterest, your blog or other accounts where you shared your sets and then you can download them from those sites. Good luck with that!

@zombie prior polyvore users were able to download it from here: account-update.polyvore.com. Unfortunately, this link was active until 15th of May only.

@zombie You could try to type your Polyvore username into the search box on Pinterest Or you can search other sites / accounts if you shared your work on the web (beside Polyvore)

Steps to download your work from POLYVORE and upload it to URSTYLE:

1. In order to download your sets sign in here: account-update.polyvore.com
2. Click request download and wait a while until your content is ready to be downloaded.
3. Open URSTYLE.
4. Open EDIT PROFILE page.
5. Click IMPORT YOUR OLD PROFILE button.
6. Upload the ZIP file, which you have just downloaded from POLYVORE.
7. Wait for file to be uploaded (it may take up some time, depends on how big is your file)
8. Give us some time (there is a huge number of users in queue, it may takie from 1 to 24 hours) and ENJOY!

I have already uploaded my sets to my profile, how about you?

@jamie-kensinger Polyvore only allowed till May 15 to download and recover sets it is possible that if you search your Polyvore username in Pinterest you may discover some of your sets. X
