Need help finding replacement parts for a garden tractor (I have a 46-inch deck mower that fits Cub Cadet, MTD, and Craftsman models). The season is in full swing, the grass is growing fast, and my blades have seen better days there’s nothing left to sharpen. I’m looking for a reliable set of two mulching blades with a 6-spoke mounting star that I can order right now.
For me, the most important thing is the quality of the metal, so the blades stay sharp and don’t get dulled by every little thing on the lawn. It’s also important that the aerodynamics are right: so the blades actually cut the grass into fine mulch and don’t clog the deck, even if I go out to mow in the morning when it’s dewy.

I'm also looking for it, please share. By the way, do you put a discharge plug under these blades? Because without this plate, my wet grass still flies in pieces and clogs the deck. Is it necessary to completely close the discharge window so that it mulches properly?
