Looking for a "Skill Boost" rather than just a Carry?

I’ve been playing WoW for years, but I’ve always been a "mid-tier" player. I really want to step up my game and start doing Mythic raids and high-rated Arena, but I feel like I’m lacking the technical knowledge. I don’t want to just pay someone to play my character; I want to learn from someone who is actually good at the game. Are there any platforms that offer high-end coaching where you can play alongside pros and they actually explain the logic behind their decisions? I’ve seen a few individual coaches, but I’d prefer a platform that has a selection of experts and some level of guarantee.
