@followyourbliss Have you tried using the Command key with the + key to enlarge the page? In this view, the tools are accessible, though they are awkward, and you have to work out how to access the different features! I, too, have impaired vision, so I appreciate your problems.

@HelenCampbell Hi thank you for the sugguestion, however I have my desktop already enlarged so when I do what you say all I see are the tools and my set I dont see the items that I am trying to use.This is hurting my eyes I guess I will try again later. Thank you though.

@admin I am now experiencing both the items mix-up and the disappearing tool bar problem. The issues are piling up. Hopefully this is all being worked on to get a resolution.
@HelenCampbell There is a workaround for the items mix-up. Type something, (any word) in the search field then delete it. Your items will go back to arranged order. I try to remember to label everything I crop so I use the search field a lot! (9/30/25)

@idetached Thank you for the info you relayed to Helen, I noticed that my collections recently changed when I went to create and was showing the older items first verses newer items added to the collection, so I did as you said and the newer ones showed up , which is how I prefer. Thanks again

Yup, the same thing is happening to me, no toolbar at the bottom of the screen. I hope @admin fix this ASAP! thanks!

I am having difficulties accessing the toolbar myself. I think its lame that you can not delete something you put by mistake. The admin better fix it ASAP because it makes creating a set rather difficult and frustrating

I'm in the same boat no tool bar and also can't access more than 1/2 of my items. I hope this is a temporary glitch. --I appreciate everyones input and will try some suggestions out.

@hennapaisley you can click on the item and use the delete on your keyboard and it removes it

@followyourbliss yes it works a different way! To see your items you need to hit the big plus at the bottom of your screen. It is a very frustrating way to use it and the only reason I found out how to navigate it was because MacBook was away for repair and I had to use my iPad. I hope you give it a try, but everything take’s TWICE as long to do !!

@lastchance I have been having problems for days now!!! No toolbar, lost 2 drafts and of course the item mix up! I hope @admin will reply and let us know what is happening as after days of attempting to create , I have given up!!

Hopefully help is on the way. I sent him this message on Facebook... Please help the members of URSTYLE... URGENT help needed for the URSTYLE website... Most members can not create sets. Toolbar and bottom of create page are not visible, disappeared since yesterday. There are many members who have this problem and cannot create anything, the toolbar does not appear and items in organizer are mixed up or do not appear... Apart from these problems, the site works very slowly, most of the time just a blank page appears. We hope you can solve this, members are desperate.

@helencampbell I do hope they fix it, Greta posted here she has been in contact with Damian from URSTYLE let’s pray he can fix it for us all behind the scenes now he knows what is happening. I had to abandon a set o was creating as I couldn’t move items around as I wanted to.

@lastchance @lynne2 @HelenCampbell @Laughingdog @TiffYG2133 @hennapaisley @heavenly-spider @heartsongs @Melanie-Avni @idetached @Followyourbliss @pwhiteaurora Toolbar is back for me, just tried it, at least for now, let's hope it stays like this... items in organizer are still mixed up... let's hope for more improvement of all problems ...I have sent Damian a screenshot with the toolbar back on, and asked him to provide information about the ongoing problems here on the URSTYLE site via @admin ... let's hope he will answer us.

@greta-martin I still don't have tool box back but I have the 3 crop boxes on the side. Will see how this progresses through the day.
