Please @URSTYLE The toolbar below sets when creating has disappeared. I'm sure like many, I use this toolbar for many purposes. We can't create without it. Please help!! Started 09/30/25 10am EST Thank you.

@lastchance Mine vanished too!! The only way I can access it is to make the page bigger, and then it goes into the format I get on my iPad, and that is awkward to use!!!!

@helencampbell Yes that would be awkward.. I can only use my desktop.. hopefully it will get fixed soon

I tried to put a screenshot on to show what happened, but it says it is too big!!!! Oh, and BTW, my items vanished from the create page several days ago, and the only way I can access them is by putting likes on them and using them from the LIKES tab. This site is getting very frustrating !!!

@helencampbell Oh No!! That would be so frustrating.. I hope that doesn't start happening... one time my whole set disappeared... like I dummy I saved and lost it all... I think if I backed out I want to think it would reappear. If it happens again I'm not gonna save.

9-30-25 I am experiencing this too in create. I am so sad, I hope they fix it soon. @admin, any updates for us?

@lastchance, I don't know if the item problem is because I have too many items, so I am gradually putting my items into collections, then deleting them in the hope I can free up space..... but who knows?????? One can but try!!!!!

@lastchance It seems @Admin chooses not to communicate with us anymore. I can't recall the last time we've seen an actual answer on any issue directly from him. However, I can only surmise that this site isn't being as profitable as he would like and has a full-time paying job. Let's hope the reason this latest issue is happening is due to improvements being made to the "create" workspace! That would be awesome. We do have to be grateful we've had this site for almost 7.5 years now without having to pay to use it! Just my "3 cents" opinion (inflation)! {noted 9-30-25 ~ 12:41pm MT}

@pwhiteaurora Yes, I agree. It has been awhile since anyone responded. I hope they see our comments and fix or I won't be able to create. It truly has been great creating here. Hope you have a great day

I echo everything that yhas been said but add that having a vision impairment as I do. I need the tools feature. I cannot see well enough to crop freehand, let a lone all this. Right now the urstyle site is not accessible to me. @urstyle @admin please please fix this issue if no other issues are addressed. I dont know what to do to be able to create my sets without these tools such as the back and forward buttons..please help us

@followyourbliss Have you tried using the Command key with the + key to enlarge the page? In this view, the tools are accessible, though they are awkward, and you have to work out how to access the different features! I, too, have impaired vision, so I appreciate your problems.

@HelenCampbell Hi thank you for the sugguestion, however I have my desktop already enlarged so when I do what you say all I see are the tools and my set I dont see the items that I am trying to use.This is hurting my eyes I guess I will try again later. Thank you though.

@admin I am now experiencing both the items mix-up and the disappearing tool bar problem. The issues are piling up. Hopefully this is all being worked on to get a resolution.
@HelenCampbell There is a workaround for the items mix-up. Type something, (any word) in the search field then delete it. Your items will go back to arranged order. I try to remember to label everything I crop so I use the search field a lot! (9/30/25)

@idetached Thank you for the info you relayed to Helen, I noticed that my collections recently changed when I went to create and was showing the older items first verses newer items added to the collection, so I did as you said and the newer ones showed up , which is how I prefer. Thanks again

Yup, the same thing is happening to me, no toolbar at the bottom of the screen. I hope @admin fix this ASAP! thanks!

I am having difficulties accessing the toolbar myself. I think its lame that you can not delete something you put by mistake. The admin better fix it ASAP because it makes creating a set rather difficult and frustrating

I'm in the same boat no tool bar and also can't access more than 1/2 of my items. I hope this is a temporary glitch. --I appreciate everyones input and will try some suggestions out.

@hennapaisley you can click on the item and use the delete on your keyboard and it removes it

@idetached Thanks for the workaround tip for items appearing. It worked!
