First time watching my wife with another man

So last weekend something happened that I never thought I'd actually go through with. My wife and I had been talking for months about her sleeping with someone else while I watched, and after a lot of nerves and planning, it finally happened. It wasn’t perfect, but honestly, it was intense in ways I didn’t expect — emotionally and physically. I thought I’d feel jealous or insecure, but instead, I felt excited and strangely proud. Has anyone else here been through that "first time" experience? How did it hit you afterward, emotionally or mentally?

Hey, totally get where you’re coming from. When it happened for us, I was shaking like a leaf at first, but it turned out to be one of the most bonding nights we ever had. The emotional rollercoaster was real, but in a good way. After that, we started slowly exploring more and joined a great cuckold community where people share all kinds of stories, advice, and support. I haven’t personally been in this situation, but I’ve been around a few close friends who are into the lifestyle, and from what they tell me, it’s way more about trust than anything else. Some of them actually say it brought them closer together as a couple. There’s definitely a mental shift that happens — something about letting go of the “rules” we all grew up with and finding your own dynamic. It’s not for everyone, but for those it works for, it seems incredibly rewarding.
