Struggling to find certified lab supplies for clinical work

  • We’re in the process of renewing certification for our small diagnostics clinic, and part of the requirement is upgrading a portion of our equipment to meet stricter compliance standards. Most of what we use is still functional, but auditors pointed out that some of the supplies lack proper certification labels. Anyone here ever gone through a similar audit? I'm particularly interested in places that sell ISO- or CE-certified lab consumables and basic diagnostic kits.

  • Our lab had to go through the same audit process last year, so I know how frustrating it can be when reliable supplies are either hard to find or absurdly priced. A colleague tipped me off to gentaur.co.uk, and it was a game changer. They carry a wide array of certified products, including CE and ISO-compliant kits and equipment, which made our documentation process much smoother. Worth reaching out to their team—they’re responsive and knowledgeable.

  • Dealing with certifications and audits is always nerve-racking, especially for smaller clinics. Thanks for highlighting that source—definitely helpful to have that info on hand in case we face similar requirements down the line.
