Back on Track After Injury – Any Experience with Recovery Boosters?
-
So I’m 3 months post shoulder injury and just started easing back into my regular lifting routine. Progress is slow, and I feel like I’ve lost a lot of what I built. A buddy of mine suggested trying HGH for recovery, said it really helped him after his knee surgery. I’ve heard about Spectros but never used HGH before — kinda nervous about going that route. Anyone here used it to bounce back after an injury?

Yeah man, been there. I tore a tendon in my elbow last year and the recovery was brutal. My physio was solid, but I felt like I plateaued at a certain point. I started using Spectros 280 IU and saw a noticeable difference — less inflammation, better sleep, faster tissue recovery. I didn’t expect it to work that well, honestly. If you’re considering it, here’s the spot where I got mine here Spectros 280 IU buy spectros HGH . Not saying it’s a miracle fix, but it definitely helped get me over that hump. Just make sure your rehab stays consistent alongside it.

@vacebik I’m not using HGH myself, but I’ve seen a few guys at my gym swear by it after surgeries. Everyone’s recovery pace is different, but tools like that might give you an edge if used smart. Glad to hear you're back to training again!
