LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, SEUBIM'S PRIDE, YU JIA~
Star Beam's maknae, Yujia, surprised fans from around the world when she took a flight to New York for Met Gala. Of course our maknae couldn't believe that she will reach to this point of her career.
From airport fashion to off-duty looks, She & Johnny (NCT) adorably coordinated their looks as they explore the Big Apple together which consisted of classy neutrals which showed their great fashion sense.
In her Met Gala debut, Yujia's interpretation of Gilded Glamour was pulled from the costume parties of the Gilded Age plus incorporating Star Beam's identity as a girl group (since the group love to reference movies and literature when it comes to their concepts). The reason why she picks siren as the concept is KNetz called them sirens because they were "pretty and dangerous" at the same time and comparing her relationship with Johnny to a siren luring a sailor. The corsage Yujia wore is from Johnny because she did not get to experience going to a prom during her high school years (As she studied high school in Korea pre-debut)
If her outfit is a SeuBim song, it would be a combination of "Mi Sol Amor", "Flaming Heart" & "Mermaid Princess" in which tells the stories of thrilling romance and the dress reminds her of a princess running away from expectations and follows her heart instead (which is based on her personal experience).
During after-party, Yujia looked fresh and comfortable in her mint midi-dress and sneakers because her legs are tired from standing from long lines before the red carpet. Yujia showed her approachable ways that surely won many guests' hearts. Also some snaps of JohnJia chilling in the side
