Updating sets

Dear users, we are modifying Crate Tool save/update features. Since 10th Feb 2PM CET you will be able to edit only sets created AFTER that date. If you wish to edit/modify currently existing sets, please do it before that date.
In the next week, we are planning to turn off URSTYLE website on a 24h - 48h, do some maintenance work and update security features.

Hello , what happens to the draft sets . Can we still publish them after the 10th Feb or will we lose all our draft set if we don't publish them now. Thanks for maintenance work and update security features. -
@greta-martin draft sets can be lost too. We can reschedule our upgrade time on the next week, if more users will signal that they need extra timer to take care about drafts

Thank you very much , I am sure that many members have several sets in their draft that they can not finish and publish before 10th Feb 2PM CET ... it would be very sad for them to lose these draft sets . I am sure you can make many members happy if they are allocated more time . Thank you very much in advance . -
Please allow us more time to publish our draft sets. I have several that I do not want to lose. Thank you.

How can I save the drafts that I have so that they are not deleted? Thanks -
@malenafashion27 I published my favorite drafts as private. So I can edit them later and then publish them for everyone. This is my solution, maybe there are better ones?

@lacas I really hope that privately published sets can still be edited afterwards and then published publicly ! ! Because it clearly says ; If you wish to edit/modify currently existing sets, please do it before that date ... so I understand it might be a problem to update and republish them afterwards ... I really hope I'm wrong about that

This doesn't apply to sets that I haven't published and are still in the process of being created? Is that correct?

Glad the site will be under maintenance.
Some functions doesn't work well - the clipper, the SAVE function etc.
You could also increase storage capacity of items ( only 285 pages - older items are deleted when new items are saved ).

@maisondeforgeron I understand this to mean current unpublished drafts are going to disappear and all other sets that have been published will not have additional editing capabilities. Perhaps if published by checking "Privately" they won't be affected??

@kleasterling We will see. I published most of my sets. A few of them are published but private. I don't know if I will be able to edit them, but they just aren't ready yet.
