    Christmas is Jesus!
"Today a Savior has been born in the City of David, who is Christ the Lord." - Luke 2:11
    Christmas is good news
In that same region there were some shepherds who spent the night in the fields, taking turns tending their flocks. It happened that an angel of the Lord appeared to them. The glory of the Lord enveloped them in its light, and they were filled with fear. But the angel said to them, "Don't be afraid. Look, I bring you good news that will be a source of great joy for all the people.

    Christmas is Salvation
Today a Savior has been born in the City of David, who is Christ the Lord. This will serve as a sign: You will find a child wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.

The announcement of the birth of Jesus was a proclamation of salvation for all who believe in Him. He came in such a humble way; like a child wrapped in swaddling clothes and in a manger. This shows us his empathy and the closeness that God wants us to have with him. Jesus brought salvation to draw us closer to the Father.

    Christmas is Peace
Suddenly a multitude of angels from heaven appeared, praising God and saying: "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to those who enjoy his good will."

When the angels went to heaven, the shepherds said to each other: "Let's go to Bethlehem, to see what has happened and that the Lord has made known to us."

So they hurried and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby who was lying in the manger.

Christ came to a world full of conflict and his coming was to glorify God and bring peace on earth. The angels went to heaven and the shepherds declared that the Lord has made known to us the coming of the Messiah.

    Christmas is amazing
When they saw the boy, they recounted what they had been told about him, and all who heard him were amazed at what the shepherds were saying.
The coming of Jesus into the world is amazing. The impact of Jesus is great and transformative. When they heard this the shepherds were amazed. Christ's desire is to change and transform lives. The world is going to be amazed at the power of God.

Christmas is Glory and Praise to God!
The shepherds returned glorifying and praising God for what they had seen and heard, for everything happened just as they had been told.

They returned glorifying and praising God for who Christ is. He is always present to receive the lives that give everything to Him. The shepherds reacted to what they had seen and heard from Jesus. God's word was fulfilled just as they had been told. Christ is the wonder of Christmas that is why Christmas is Glory and Praise to God !!
