    Never quite grew out of his sound effects phase. āœ„ Never quite grew out of his childlike wonder either always bouncing from one idea to another but only on the surface. In truth, his values are a product of his fathers and despite being intrigued by the premise of THE BOOK, Lovechild has much farther to go before his actions reflect his understanding. āœ„ Struggles to balance his self consciousness with his ever so cocky social presentation, and let me remind you that SOCIAL does not always equate to CHARISMATIC. For all of his silly blabbering he has still managed to make some enemies, especially amongst his fathers battalion of the royal guard { forgive my lack of military knowledge i'm just using big fun words }. āœ„ 'Getting the gist of it' can only get you so far, Lovechild has been afforded many opportunities and it hasn't quite hit him that his beloved Queen has expectations for her students. āœ„ Childish in his humor, too lazy for silly pranks but wont spare anyone from his bad jokes. āœ„ Aggressive when frustrated, falls quite easily into the trap of defensiveness & violence { even though he is known for his 'posi vibes only' philosophy on life }. āœ„ Outgoing, spoiled, impatient, demanding, curious & disrespectful are all words that have been used to describe him. If there were ever a mixed bag of perception...

    Lovechild, formerly of the Royal Guard and recently hand-picked by the Queen to become one of her scholars, is genuine in his nonsense. From boyhood, his family has tried to regiment him in some useful way, but he's too...himself. Even as a Guard, he was too busy making friends with the new Queen, the scullery staff, the boy who replaces the old flowers in the Royal Apartments with fresh flowers, the old women who draw the King's bath to worry overmuch about his duties. But that's his problem- he can't really focus on anything for too long. Standing around, waiting? Not his forte. He was let go from his position after a few weeks- "discharged", but Diamandis made sure that he had somewhere to go and make himself useful. The Academy. While Lovechild wasn't able to focus on "The Book of Fair Thought" for very long, he got the gist and found it to be the antithesis of his father's every endeavor. His father encouraged all of his sons into the military. (The man gave his young sons daggers as birthday gifts, for pity's sake.) Lovechild, a trained Guard- a young man practiced in combat from a young age thanks to his soldier father- had never considered the other side of things. A world where soldiers may not be necessary because wars no longer happen. It intrigues Lovechild, at the very least. And since Diamandis went to so much trouble for him, the least he could do is attend her Academy and maybe learn a thing or two. What could it hurt?

    āœ„ Has always been easily fooled by petty magic, often getting bamboozled by his peers in the barracks. It doesn't take much to get him riled up & the normally quite talkative Lovechild tends to shut down when he's been tricked.

    āœ„ Lovechild and his brothers have some of the finest collections of weaponry in the entirety of Rhosynmora and beyond. For better or worse. Many of the items have gone untouched by Lovechild, birthday gifts from his father that he never cared to mount. The only weapon he keeps good care of, is the small knife bestowed upon him on his eighth birthday. Carved from the stone of Thirteen Veils and bound with outside magic, the family crest is carved into the hilt. He could never rid himself of it...it would mean he had truly let his father down.

    āœ„ š–šŽš‘š‹šƒ šš”šˆš‹šƒšˆšš† ā€” Lovechild plays the Lyall Harp { a harpsichord keytar }, known for its rather jarring sound it is a sign of great wealth and respect when played. It can be heard at weddings & vigils alike, and is quite popular for Royal processions. He favors the sound of the instrument to some of Rhosynmoras more timid instruments { flutes, water based instruments etc. }. It seems only right that such a robust instrument be played by such a robust young man. { Like bagpipes, scary but respectful, y'know? }

    āœ„ Has had many hobbies over the years, but never spent more than a month or so on any of them. You could fill an entire room with all of the items used. Everything from weaving to archery...his mind cannot rest on just one thing, but he does set small goals for himself...at least he can convince himself of his success.

    āœ„ Though incredibly strong, Lovechild is sensitive about his physical appearance and will often bulk himself up with layers of clothing, padding etc. to attain a more masculine appearance. His brothers have always been able to put on large, bulky muscle with ease...Lovechild has not.

    āœ„ Has no problem talking to others, but his eyes are always moving, only coming back to whomever he's conversing with at the end of his thought. The eye contact has been known to make some uncomfortable because of its intense nature, now imagine he'd been looking you dead in the eyes for the entirety of his longwinded thought...

    āœ„ š–šŽš‘š‹šƒ šš”šˆš‹šƒšˆšš† ā€” Every member of the Royal Guard is bestowed a priceless, one of a kind necklace to be worn while they serve. Each is designed by the Queen, and there is a large ceremony during the Summer Solstice during which they receive it. Lovechild continues to wear his after being discharged, a reminder of all that his beautiful queen Diamandis has provided for him.

    āœ„ Totally enamored by the queen, less so because of his fascination with her new way of thinking but more so because of her ethereal nature. There is just something about the woman that drives his thoughts away, and leaves him feeling relaxed.
