<h1>NAVIGATING UNICORN CITY</h1>

Due to the nature of the city, expansion means that people will usually build up, rather than out. The extensive use of aircraft for transportation and walkways connecting different buildings has created three distinct "levels". Level One is the lowermost level, and Level Three is the uppermost level, with one outlier level - "the Below" - that refers to the street and ground-level area of Unicorn City, where suspended walkways are built too low for aircraft to fly. In addition, Unicorn City is divided up into districts:

<li>ROBOTIKA: The largest district; dedicated to everything RUR. Includes the official Robot Unicorn Racing Hall of Fame, the Robot Unicorn Museum, stadiums for people to watch holographic renders of races live, etc. Many racing agencies have their auxiliary offices in Robotika as well. [ Located in the center of the city ]</li>

<li>CRYSTAL: The party district. Crystal-3 (shorthand for Crystal District, Level Three) is overflowing with swanky nightclubs and over-priced booze, while Crystal-1 and Below-Crystal are home to seedy bars and every kind of illegal drug you can imagine, from glittery blue Amentia tablets to pungent tarjan leaves. [ Located in the northern portion of the city ]</li>

<li>NEW NOVA: Home to various business establishments and entertainment venues - banks, holo-program studios, robot unicorn manufacturing sites, etc. New Nova University opened in this district, about ten years ago. [ Located in the southern portion of the city ]</li>

<li>STARLIGHT: Starlight is the beauty and shopping district. While Starlight-3 features boutiques and luxury fashion houses and malls and high-end jewelry/cosmetics stores - Galaxy Cosmetics has its corporate headquarters in Starlight-3, for example - Starlight-2 consists more of practical-use department superstores, and Starlight-1 and Below-Starlight are dedicated to smaller businesses of questionable legality, especially when one crosses down to Below-Starlight. Police raids on the purported underground black markets of Below-Starlight are very frequent.[ Located in the eastern portion of the city ]</li>

<li>MECHANIKA: The poorest district, Mechanika is dedicated to maintaining Unicorn City. Loading docks and aircraft hangars and repair shops fill Mechanika-1 and Mechanika-2, while Mechanika-3 is home to government offices that manage the utilities of the city and Below-Mechanika is a lawless sprawl of crowded residences and workshops and market stalls alike.[ Located in the western portion of the city ]</li>
</ul>

While Levels 1-3 are fairly regulated, the Below is comprised of the city's slums. Crime bosses and gang leaders hold the power, and many smuggling operations are actually run out of the Below, due to its proximity with the undersides and the "insides" of the flat, disk-like ship that Unicorn City was built on.
