[NEWS] Star Beam will make an appearance on NCT 127's MVs

Exactly a year ago, the prologue film of Star Beam's S/S 2019 was released with the appearance of Jaehyun. Fast forward today, all Star Beam members will appear on NCT 127's MVs on the following days. Instead of picking the most beautiful or popular member, all Star Beam members will appear on different visuals of NCT 127 as they reveal different tracks of their 2nd Full Length album "Neo Zone". Today, the official Instagram of Star Beam revealed this news with a photo of a member with a background which match their upcoming title track "Kick It"'s Oriental Aesthetic. Many fans are surprised because Star Beam never mentioned that they will work as MV female leads but not surprised because it's NCT since majority of Star Beam x NCT collaborations happened in S/S 2019 era. It was already revealed that Star Beam already filmed on January while practicing for their award show appearances.
Yujia was the leading lady of NCT 127's "Highway To Heaven" (English version) which earned generally good reviews thanks to the visuals and chemistry but criticized for casting a Chinese female lead while not explaining the reason of their Chinese member Winwin's transfer to WayV, NCT's C-pop sub-unit. Regardless, Star Beam & WayV also did have a collaboration anyway in MAMA 2019. Since NCT 127 have a 90s in announcing their comeback, many fans noted that collaborating with Star Beam is the perfect choice since the girls are known for pulling off retro concepts effortlessly. In fact, Star Beam already released 90s themed comebacks, "I'll Be There" & "Starry Moment". Star Beam is also currently preparing for their upcoming May comeback
