𝓥𝓲𝓻𝓽𝓾𝓮𝓼 ⟡ Adventurous, a cool dad in disguise, independent, very funny (most people think he has a fucked up sense of humor tho), pretty open-minded, quick thinker (when he isn't hungover)
𝓕𝓵𝓪𝔀𝓼 ⟡ Spiteful, envious, riddled with insecurities, constantly compares himself with others (i.e. younger sibling), attention starved, stubborn,𝓟𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵𝓲𝓽𝔂 ⟡ At first glance, you will never guess that someone as rowdy and good looking as Jordan Teague is able to be riddled with so many insecurities. He's the literal life of the party; an actual sunshine in a dull and rainy day. His sense of humor and feel good attitude make people believe that yes, maybe laughter is the medicine.
He's caring enough that people immediately consider him to be a good friend and charming enough to get anyone he likes to sleep with. Never the kind that says no, unless he really can't be of any help because life has made him believe that he needs to go lenghts in order for people to like him. Thus the reason why he constantly makes a fool of himself at parties. People could never like him for who he is (his parents never did so why would random strangers) so Jordan constantly wears a mask, always ready to impress others.
Not being himself is exhausting though and in the end of the day, all Jordan wants to do is rest and escape from the crippling reality: that he may never be enough. Living with a younger sibling and parents who always played favorites, has taught Jordan that there's always going to be someone better than him. Someone funnier; louder; drunker. But he's fiery and competitive and wants to be the best dammit!
He so desperately wants to prove others just how good he is that most of the things he's done so far are done out of spite. Shameless flirting with all of his sibling's partners; telling embarrassing stories about them in front of strangers....
Jordan has done so many things out of spite that now, he has a bitter taste in his mouth. None of his accomplishments feel real his anymore. He's lived a majority of his life being eaten alive by envy and desperation; fueled to prove a point to someone that truly doesn't care.

𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐘
For as long as he's known about himself, Jordan's had one goal in life: prove his parents that he's worth it. That he isn't a failure; the free trial child they can test their parenting on and learn what not to do with the second baby so that one can turn up better. A majority of his goals were created based on his parents' wants. He thought that if he did exactly what they wanted from their child, he'll finally get recognition.
They wanted someone to run the family business in the future so he showed interest in that boring shit of a job from a young age. But no matter how hard he tried; how well he did, his sibling - the fucking golden child - always came first. His parents never acknowledged Jordan's eagerness; his desperate need to please because they're blinding by their other child.
The constant comparisons, the tiny comments - all of them took a toll on Jordan and neither one of his parents cared about it. They continued to undermine him and treat him as the lesser version of his sibling. Jordan was less intelligent. Less pretty. Less outgoing. Less kind. The unfair treatment made him despise both his parents and sibling. Deep inside, he knew that it wasn't Lara/Lawrence's fault; that they were not to blame for their parents' shitty behaviors, but he couldn't help it.
The fact that Lara/Lawrence kept following him around certainly didn't help his newly developed feelings either. It made him want to escape. Go away as far as possible, but then he had an epiphany: he was going to apply to SDSU . Lara/Lawrence are way too bright and capable in order to go to a non Ivy League college, little alone attend a university in their hometown. They belong to Harvard or Yale or Brown. A fancy New England school where they will recite Russian Literature and drink black coffee.
It made him ecstatic. Who would've thought that university would be Jordan's number one ticket to freedom? No more constant comparisons. No more sharing friends. He finally gets the chance to meet new people and break out of his mold. He's going to be his own person for a change and then the most terrible thing in the entire universe happened: Lara/Lawrence also decided to attend SDSU.
The news made Jordan experience a full blown mental breakdown. He was furious; at his sibling, at his parents.... he trashed his room and yelled obscenities. He ran away from home for a weekend, going on an almost, but not-really-a-bender bender. His parents didn't care. They called him childish for throwing a tantrum. Apparently Lara/Lawrence worked hard for his. Jordan did too, but no one paid attention to it.
It was the final straw. He quit his job at his dad's business - Lara/Lawrence can deal with that shit. He moved out of his parents' house, pet tortoise and all. His parents never supported him, so why should he count on them to do the same thing now?
And for a while he was doing fine. Undeclared and happily living with two dudes from Psych 101. His job at the SDSU's gift shop is whatever, but the cash is good. For the first time in ages, Jordan feels good about himself; now people actually care when he drinks a bit too much (and he does this a bit too often for anyone's liking, but he's a fun drunk opposed to some of his buddies) and fully support every dumb decision of his. Hell, they even think his newly developed dream to become a pilot is great. They can totally see him rocking that sexy, sexy uniform because it will get him so much puss and Jordan agrees. He always admired the birds for being able to just fly away and if he actually goes through with it, Jordan will be able to do the same thing.

𝓓𝓸 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓱𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝔂 𝓓 & 𝓓 𝓬𝓪𝓶𝓹𝓪𝓲𝓰𝓷 / 𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮 𝓺𝓾𝓮𝓼𝓽 𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓪𝓼 ? Off of the memory of that one episode of Dexter's Lab were they played D&D, probably rescuing a prince/princess??? The party escorting a royal from point A to point B - said royal is played by a rando brought by one of the members of the party and no one is too happy ??? I'm rambling.

At first it's physically, Jordan is nothing alike his D&D character whom he may or may not have created on a joke. Soon, he realizes that the two are more alike than he wants to admit. Lucien helps Jordan grow and vice versa. -

𝐿𝑜𝓎𝒶𝓁𝓉𝒾𝑒𝓈 & 𝐵𝑜𝓃𝒹𝓈 ⟡ Once upon a time the Elves were his most trusting companions. After his mother's unfortunate demise, they were the closest thing he had to a family. They loved and accepted him wholeheartedly despite his ghastly physical appearance. Although they expelled him, Lucien holds his ground. He's not angry. For the first time he understand why someone did what they had to do. He may no longer be a part of them (he was never like them to even begin with, but alas), but there will always be a place in Lucien's cold dark heart for those tiny elves. Currently his loyalties lie only with himself. He doesn't trust anyone.
𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐘
Don't be fooled by his name - it may mean light, but the truth is the following: Lucien is a natural corrupter and he is trying his hardest to stray from their evil tendencies. You see, his mother could not get pregnant for many years while her husband kept having bastard children with other women of the town (some that he has met and the interactions have not been pleasant). She struck a deal with a shady wielder of magic, thinking a child could fix all of her problems, but Lucien's arrival only made things more complicated. It made 'his father' angry; he wanted to kill them both so Lucien's mother had no other choice but to run away with her Tiefling child before tragedy befell them both.
Fortunately for them both, they were taken in by a nomadic group of elves, who felt sorry his dear mother. Unlike most, the elves weren't frightened by his ghastly appearance and sharp horns. As a matter of fact, they treated Lucien as if he was one of their own and even fostered Lucien's love for nature and magic. But, the years went by and soon, both elves and Lucien himself found out that no matter how much they treated him that way, he was not one of them. His propensity for chaos was clear from an early age and as the years went by it only got worse.
Everything culminated when 'his father' tracked them down years later. Lucien was barely seventeen when he witnessed that poor excuse of a human being murder his beloved mother in cold blood. Lucien doesn't know what happened; he has zero recollection of the darkness that engulfed him. The darkness that allowed him to unleash a rage unlike anything he had ever seen. Lucien brought damnation to his soul that very day by tearing 'his father' fragile little body to pieces.
The sight frightened the elves, to the point where they were no longer sure whether they could trust him again. A lot of them were afraid for their lives, terrified of the day Lucien will lose his cool and murder all of them in the same cold blood he murdered his so called father. But the elves were good. They trusted and loved Lucien, the same way he trusted and loved them.
They tried to teach him to control the darkness within, but his mother's death took a toll on him and he kept being too destructive. Too many were getting hurt and Lucien's rage grew bigger with each elf he unintentionally injured. He hated himself for the pain he was causing them all; the small creatures that welcomed both him and his mom with open arms. When the clan decided expelled Lucien until he can truly channel their impulses, he wasn't angry. He understood. He knew it was for the best. He wants to do right for others, if only to save himself, but it is not as easy as he thought it would be. Especially with temptation always around the corner.
𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃
𝒫𝒽𝓎𝓈𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓁 𝒟𝑒𝓈𝒸𝓇𝒾𝓅𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 ⟡ Tall and quite muscular, Lucien has been blessed (or rather cursed) with skin redder than blood and hair blacker than ink. A handsome fella, once you look past the two large horns protruding from his forehead and the long pointy, almost snake like tail. Its existence often makes him look a lot more menacing than intended (something that made him very glum growing up, but now that he's an adult and in the mood for revenge, he's grown quite fond of his frightening appearance). His eyes glimmer yellow, but tend to turn as black once he begins practicing magic.
𝒲𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝒾𝓇 𝓂𝑜𝒹𝑒𝓁 𝒷𝑒 𝒹𝒾𝒻𝒻𝑒𝓇𝑒𝓃𝓉 𝒻𝓇𝑜𝓂 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓂𝒶𝒾𝓃 𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓇𝒶𝒸𝓉𝑒𝓇? 𝒪𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝒶𝓂𝑒 𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓈𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝒶𝓁𝓉𝑒𝓇𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃𝓈? The same model, although plenty of his physical appearance alters; the color and texture of his skin (red with scales), as well as the color of his eyes (yellow) and appearance of both horns and a tail.
