✣ Master Schmoozer. "𝒴𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓂𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝓌𝑜𝓊𝓁𝒹 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓉𝑜 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓂𝑒 𝒶𝓈 𝒶 𝒹𝒶𝓊𝑔𝒽𝓉𝑒𝓇-𝒾𝓃-𝓁𝒶𝓌." Suffice to say, the Valois are not necessarily known for their skill...more so for their ability to always have a say in important decision making and being on the good side of the council. Clementine is no stranger to that. She thrives in most social settings, and knows how to get what she wants from people. Can go from charming to terrifying with the drop of a hat, and is probably the most genuinely charismatic of the current Valois clan.

✣ Knows her stuff. Clementine is smart, and she certainly takes her academics VERY seriously. She's a reliable source for information, including the history of the school & the great families. Those who respect her, tends to get help with homework (though not without a snarky comment) and a one up to other students who might not know the library as well as she does.

— Power Hungry. "𝐼 𝒹𝑜𝓃'𝓉 𝓌𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝒷𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑜𝒹, 𝐼 𝓌𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝒷𝑒 𝓹𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻𝓯𝓾𝓵."
Clementine is always looking for new ways to improve her powers, even if it means walking the fine line between light & dark magics. She is frequently frustrated by the schools inability to teach her what she feels she needs & tends to take control of situations she feels are not going her way. This has also proven to be quite dangerous amongst her family, especially as Lucia begins her search for the next heir to the Valois name. Not getting her way can often result in...less then savory magical consequences. She also rarely acknowledges the consequences of those actions.

— Irritable. "𝐼 𝒹𝑜𝓃'𝓉 𝓀𝓃𝑜𝓌 𝒥𝒶𝓃, 𝓌𝒽𝓎 𝒹𝑜𝓃'𝓉 𝒴𝒪𝒰 𝓉𝓇𝓎 𝓈𝓊𝓂𝓂𝑜𝓃𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒶 𝒻𝓊𝒸𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒽𝑒𝓁𝓁 𝒷𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓉."
Because she is always pushing the boundaries of her magic, she can often times grow irritable, snarky and just generally has a bad attitude all around. Her usual calm and charismatic self falters, and she tends to swear much more than she might in casual conversations with friends. Grows impulsive over time, and this, combined with the irritability is a ROUGH combo for anyone who happens upon her.

— Self conscious. In a shocking turn of events, Clementine doesn't think very highly of herself. She never gives herself credit for what she does accomplish, and is always concerned about whether everyone thinks she's a failure. Likely instilled by her grandfather before his passing, the Valois can be cruel to their offspring in order to create hardened adults. But despite her charisma and extroverted nature, she will ALWAYS have doubts about her value.

☽ February 2nd, 1997. Clementine Valois is born to 𝔉𝔯𝔢𝔡𝔢𝔯𝔦𝔠𝔞 & 𝔏𝔬𝔲𝔦𝔰 𝔙𝔞𝔩𝔬𝔦𝔰 in a small Parisian apartment they were renting for the weekend. The birth is quick, but the weather keeps the couple up all night and a thunder storm rains across Paris for the next two days. It would seem, that the birth of ℭ𝔩𝔢𝔪𝔢𝔫𝔱𝔦𝔫𝔢 𝔙𝔞𝔩𝔬𝔦𝔰 carried a bounty of bad opens.

☽ March 18th, 1999 While playing with her older brother in the garden of their Belgian estate, ℭ𝔩𝔢𝔪𝔢𝔫𝔱𝔦𝔫𝔢 manifests her first magics. No particular spell or type of magic can be identified, but the levitating 𝔐𝔦𝔩𝔢𝔰 𝔙𝔞𝔩𝔬𝔦𝔰 could attest to her newfound abilities.
