He also has a very feminine body shape and mannerisms. Lastly, his nose is very pointed at the top, but many people just write off his elfish features because of how irish he is.

š’š©šžšœš¢šžš¬ & š€š›š¢š„š¢šš¢šžš¬: Ferngully is half faery or for short, fae. He has four minor powers that he rarely uses but finds useful on the occassion.

    • enhanced agility: a power which allows the user to be more agile than the average human. example of this would be: Fern can catch things that people throw at him almost 100% of the time. Since this ability is more of a spidey-sense sort of thing, practicing it is near impossible.
    • dream manipulation: this power allows the user to manipulate the victims dreams. the type of dreams depend mostly on the personality of the user. Fern often manipulates nightmares into more sweet things. Another side effect of this is if someone near Ferngully is sleeping while he is trying to, he does have to make sure their having a nice dream, or he can't sleep.
    • misdirection: a power that allows the user to manipulate the victims sense of direction. in small cases from a unpracticed user, it causes short term confusion. in cases from a practiced user, it can* cause permanent directional insanity in some extreme cases. example of this: Fern would look the victim dead in the eye and give the person very vague directions to where they need to go. This will cause the victim to be confused as to which way is left or right, what street they are on, and even the time of day. The longest is has lasted is an hour, but an average use of the power from Fern usually lasts about fifteen to twenty minutes.

š…š„ššš°š¬: Fern is one hell of a pushover, but he has the classic Irish temper and short fuse. Fern is also some degree of fake. Which sounds bad, but he spends all of his time managing his anger so everyone knows him only as the adorable pacifist. Because he is Irish, he loves to party and is often hungover, but no one can tell. Some say he's just to sweet, to perfect, to secret about his private life. Others say, that he's much to passive and his irish accent his much too thick. Many producers that work with him will only do it once, maybe twice if they have the patience of a saint.
š•š¢š«šš®šžš¬: Fern is very sweet and loves to help anyone who needs it. Fern can manage his temper extrordinarily well, most of his colleagues couldn't guess how angry the 5'2 boy tends to get when he feels pushed around. Fern is a performer in all senses of the word. He's caring and almost motherly, always present in the conversation. He's always interested in what others have to say, and he's ever the problem solver. Ferngully is orderly and tactful, his tour bus is always immaculate.

    šš¢šØš š«ššš©š”š²:
-Ferngully was born in the foothills of Killarny, Ireland. A single child to a happy marriage between a wily rubyheaded mother with a gap between her front teeth, and a sharp-witted platinum blond with not an ugly bone in his body. The couple was well known both in the city and in the country, Ferngully's mother Aibreann was a well established fiddle player, while his father, Cearbhall was the perpetually quiet owner of the most popular music venue in town, appropriately named 'The Bottom of the Hill', as it was positioned in a naturally occuring inlet in one of the mountains framing the small village right outside of Killarny.
-His parents facilitated a very musical environment for him, as well as spoiled him rotten through the years. His parents were his very best friends most of his life, and the reason why shone brightly through their parenting.
-Ferngullys mother was a relentless performer. She would return home at two am, sleep most of the day, and leave at five pm for a soundcheck, then she would repeat. His father worked at the venue during vaguely normal hours. When Ferngully was very young, his father would strap him into his car seat, set him up on a bar stool behind the bar, put headphones over his ears and leave him there. Cearbhall would work the bar and check in on his son occasionally, feeding him during his lunch break and as he got older, letting the toddler have a little more free reign around the bar. The entire staff and all of the regular's loved the little boy to pieces, with his big green eyes and cherubic white-blond curls that grew quickly and framed the boy's face.
-Even though Fern's mother was very busy, she was not an absent parent, and became even more present as Fern got older. When he turned five years old, she started performing almost exclusively at his father's venue, involving her little angel in more of the music scene. During her performances a five year old Fern would sit on top of the piano, giggling, clapping and genuinely having the time of his life. His parents constantly showered the little boy with gifts and affection. Ferngully was homeschooled and quite happy with his situation, only having one friend that wasn't his parents.
-It was no surprise that when Fern turned six, his parents bought him his own grand piano for his bedroom. His parents began to take him to the city more, even taking him as far as Dublin. His years being homeschooled and traveling about the continent was very influential later in his life, and he holds that period of time very dearly.
-When Ferngully turned twelve years old, he started to take more an interest in other people and public school. It took him two years to bring the courage to tell his parents that he didn't want to be homeschooled anymore. They weren't angry, but it did present a teary eyed conversation about how Fern was growing up quicker than they possibly could have imagined. Soon, Ferngully began to pack up his barbie dolls and his dress up clothes, replacing his 'Thomas the Train' bedding for a simple pink and purple print.
-Ferngully was enrolled into his local highschool exactly eight days after his fourteenth birthday. The differences between him and the kids were ever so noticeable. Some things were the same, Fern shared their rowdy accents and fair skin, but he seemed to be different in almost every other way. While Fern was a meek 5'1, the boys at the school were almost 5'10. While he was sweet and soft spoken, his irish lilt seeming more charming, the other kids always yelled and cursed much more than he did. It didn't help that he was small and feminine while they were broad shouldered with awful hair.
-One day into highschool, his parents picked him up, and as soon as he slid into the car, he began to sob, violently. After a long talk and a few bowls of cotton candy icecream, Cearbhall decided to reveal to his son why both of them looked very different from the average Irish person. It was very hard to believe at first, but after being taken deep into the forest to the secluded community his father came from, it all made sense.
-Fern went back to school the next day and seemed completely fine after that. He spent his summers with his fae family, and the rest of the time with everyone else. When his confidence began to gain traction near the end of second year, Ferngully began to write songs and music, along with taking a job as a pianist at his father's music venue during the classier events. Fern became understandably popular, his constant sunny demeanor, chill parents, and constant flow of money made kids flock to him.
-Fern was sixteen years old, driving, working and developing his now very unique sense of style when he met a boy he was a tiny bit infatuated with. In hindsight, 'tiny bit' was a large understatement. This boy had a local rock band, his name was Brion, and his band quickly became a crowd favorite, Ferngully being no different. It didn't take long for his parents notice, nor did it take long for him to admit to liking a boy. Nothing changed really, except for his dad helped him out a bit and booked the band to his venue more often then he usually would.
-Ferngully slowly became closer and closer to Brion, and through some god given miracle, Brion asked him out. The reletionship was all consuming for the both of them, to say the very least. They were the closest to a teenage power couple that the small town had ever seen. When Brion broke it off four days before graduation, Ferns entire world came crashing down on top of him. Thats when his song writing kicked into high gear and after he graduated, now bent on becoming something more than his heartache, he packed his bags, and through some help from his parents, moved to NY when he was eighteen years old.
-After some time of doing odds and ends around the city, modeling, playing small venues, etc.. He happened upon Dorian Records, then ready to do whatever it took to get big.

I would 100% be willing to play a human or a supernatural creature. If this character doesn't work I have like three other ideas that would work well, both with the idea that they are human or supernatural.
