    Dear Urstyle Users,
    I'm writing you in hopes that you can help me. I have been struggling to save and publish a set for the past hour and I keep getting error messages. Meanwhile I noticed the feed and viewed your recent sets that you published within the past hour. Please let me know, did you have this problem too before your set finally published? This is the error message I keep getting:
    "Unknown error occurred while saving set. Do you want to download a backup of your set?"
    I'm in the USA and I was wondering if maybe the system is down in my region....? Are any of you in the USA? I'm not sure what to do. I thought of leaving my account on, without logging off so I won't lose the edits. I tried to download a copy, but nothing happened. Any suggestions? I would appreciate your feedback. Please see tags. Anyone else reading this, please feel free to share your feedback too. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it.

    I have the same problem, 7 times I made the same set, I slowly lose my nerves, this is all the worse than it was. Finally I closed the set, which was deleted.

    Hi darlin's darlin's,

    I get the error message when I try to save a set, so I show my hammer to my monitor (desktop computer, easier for me to view) Anyway, my screen starts to whimper and shake and then saves my set even when the error message pops up. Nah, hahaha. I'm in the US also. I think a lot of us want things to work and work now because this site to us can be therapy, as in my case, plus it's amazing and Fantabulous!! I personally don't want to go anywhere else even though I'm a member elsewhere. And this site is easier to use and most like Polyvore, grrr, than any other. Didn't mean to, "grrr", out loud. 'Don't lie, Shy'. 😉 So, I'm waiting patiently and I thank the staff for working hard to make this site, easier, better, and much improved.

    @ollie That is a good idea - if the set won't publish, please make sure to accept and save backup files (.png and .json) and then hit "Save draft" button, so that you can try to publish the set later.

  • Hi @Ollie , thanks dear. I never closed the edit pg. & kept trying to publish like you suggested. I kept getting errors, so I left my account on and went about my day. Now to my surprise, I discover it published retroactively. Thx again. ☺

    I did notice that the URL id (numbers) of my set are out of sequence compared to newer sets published hours after mine, so there is definitely something glitchy going on.

    Sorry to hear you struggled too, but I actually viewed your set in the feed when I linked it here. However, the URL is gone now. Perhaps Urstyle can recover it for you if you write them. I hope so.

    But when I tried downloading a copy, nothing happened. So I decided to tag the most recent users of sets just publishhed on the feed in that moment in hopes they would be online and could shed some light. I suspect the issue with downloading was from my end (not enough data space on my device perhaps?). I ended up having to leave my account on. Everything is fine for now. I will just be careful until everything gets stabilized. Thanks again for all you do. ☺💕

    Furtunately, everything is working now. Sorry that I can't help you😟

    Hi, my dear, the truth is I have more issues than other users because I live in a country with the slowest internet ever!😒 And makes double trouble! Sorry, my English is poor, but I did understand what you want to know. When my set doesn't publish and I get that error, even can't make a draft, I leave it for a few minutes and stay online, after a while I come back and publish it again. Most of the time it works. I use a desktop computer, and don't know much about other devices, sometimes my set is published and when I go to my profile, it is not there, I always collect all my sets ( since what happened on polyvore!!) so it does appear on my collection and save it to my pc, just have to wait to see it on my profile. But all these issues are temporary! I'm sure they are trying to fix it soon. I really love this community that cares so much about their users.
