TUTORIAL: How to easily share sets on Instagram :)
-
Hello everyone
Many of you wanted to know how to share your sets on Instagram, so I figured out one way and I wanted to share it with you
Here are the steps:
- Go to urstyle.com on your mobile browser
- Log in and go to your Profile
- Open the set you want to share by clicking on it
- When the set opens, (longer) click on it again to get a Context menu
- Click on Share image
- Select "Feed" (with Instagram icon)
Then you will see a regular New Instagram post window!
You can select a desired filter, then add description and share your work on Instagram! Here are some helpful pictures:

Nothing happens when i do the second click..
I am using google chrome. What browsers are you using? -
Thanks a million for this fabulous tutorial; so very helpful!!
-
I'm using Safari on an iphone and I'm not getting the instagram icon when I click "share".
-
@romaboots You're most welcome, dear!
-
@heatheness Well, I'm using Android and Samsung browser
This is just one of the solutions that I personally have, but it's nothing official.
Maybe you can try to swipe left/right on the "Share" menu in order for this option to appear.

@izzystarsparkle I'm using Android phone and default Samsung browser, dear
This is just my personal solution, but it's nothing official. I wish I could help more

I regularly suggest site improvements and ideas that I have for URSTYLE by messaging URSTYLE official Facebook page. I will suggest adding "Share to Instagram icon" on URSTYLE mobile so that everyone can use this easily

@izzystarsparkle P.S. I've just tried Google Chrome for mobile and I can see the "Share image" option in the context menu (it's the last option, see the pic below).
Just make sure to click LONGER on the set, it should work and Context menu should appear!
-
@vn1ta You're so helpful that I thought you were an employee! Thanks for the tip anyway. I'll keep trying to make it work.
-
@heatheness You're most welcome, dear!
Indeed, I'm trying to help as much as I can because I truly care about URSTYLE and my friends here!
You could try another browser (like Google Chrome), if Safari is not offering you the options you need. I wish I could help more...

Thank you for all your help. Every thing works fine on my laptop.
Something is messed up with my text color too I donβt get to choose a color it brings up tones of red and in a block but I canβt see the menu that has the other colors. For now Iβm just going to use my laptop. I know there working on the app for AppleI can wait for that. Iβm just happy to create

@izzystarsparkle You should actually be able to share your set on Instagram, following my tutorial, without saving anything to your device. This is quite a direct way to access sharing option - straight from the "Context menu" to "New post" Instagram! However, Instagram app will save your post in your device if you have that option turned on in Settings
As for the Text feature, you can try this short video tutorial that I created the other day: https://youtu.be/HRs2rmAaYn4
If the problem with the text feature persists, it's the best to notify the administrators via [email protected]. Best wishes and good luck!
