Problem with drafts and publishing
-
@rainheartart @debraelizabeth Yes, it's also good to pay attention to how much space the item actually takes up
Here are two examples:
.
.
.
For example, the first item (blazer) takes up a little more space than its own actual size, while the second item (shoe) takes up a lot more space than its actual size. User-uploaded items often take up more space around them (a lot more than their own size). That's why I use a square border to limit my working space: https://urstyle.com/shop/9697290 , feel free to try it!
In order to have a full-size set, everything in the set must be within the square borders (including the white "empty" space around items).
You will see the true size of the item by clicking on it (like I did in this example above).
In order not to miss anything, it might be good to Zoom out the page and see if you misplaced something accidentally. In Google Chrome, you should just click the 3 dot menu on the right and you will see the zooming options

Hope this helps a bit! -
As for the publishing/draft errors and slow publishing speed, it might happen because of the site updates
In any case, try to clean your cookies & cache occasionally and see if anything changes - here are the instructions:

In my case, the drafts saved, and I kept returning to them to work on little by little. But now I discovered they are completely gone from the list. I did not log in during the weekend, and now they are gone. So I understand what you mean about the missed time. I hope they discover the glitch.

@debraelizabeth I have not made a lot of sets due to this problem, and unfortunately it has occurred every time I use a draft set. If I do not use a draft set, everything turns out fine. I have had sets not publish, I have had small sets a few times. It is very frustrating when you put a lot of work into them. I have not been on for a couple a weeks, hoping things might improve but pop in and the first thing I see is that things have not changed any which is unfortunate. Frankly I think you have more patience than me
Good luck

@vn1ta Very helpful. Thanks so much!

@affton Aw, you're most welcome, dear!! I'm glad that my suggestion helped!
Have a great day!

@vn1ta Hello! I was sent here by another user because I had issues and they sent me to this because you knew how to fix it. And I thank you sooo much for this help! And it makes complete sense too.
-
@vn1ta I'm replying once more because it fixed one of my sets, but the other one seems to stay small and I've double checked that no item borders take up space I can't see. I wonder if maybe this one is a glitch, or my fault? I can't tell. If you see my sets, you'll see which one is still small.
-
@neverlandishome Hi dear! I'm so glad that my suggestion helped!
I've also seen the set that is smaller than the other (this one, I think: https://urstyle.com/styles/1639784 ). It seems like there's something in the right side of the screen that Editor tries to display by publishing a smaller set. It may be something white, so you cannot see it
Maybe you could try to enter the edit mode, go fullscreen (F11 or FN +F11) and try to zoom out the screen. I would try to randomly click on the white empty surface on the right to see if there's any misplaced white object. I'm not sure what else to try, since I cannot see much in the published version, but I will let you know if I come up with something
Best wishes!

@vn1ta I just checked and there was nothing there, and there's no reason for it to be small. I'm going to possibly see if URSTYLE knows or something. I cannot let it stay like this, but thanks for your help.

@neverlandishome Okay, sure
Good luck!
