@fassionista @TroiArcher @BlueKnight If you hold the pointer over the red triangle it will usually tell you the reason it won't download. Most of the time for me it's because the item is to small. When saving to your device you might want to make sure it meets the size requirements or it will be rejected anyway. Minimum size requirement: 280X280

P.S. In order to edit description, open an item that you've imported (by clicking its title) > when the item opens, click the 3 dot menu on the left > select Edit > Add description in the marked field > Click save and wait a few seconds for your description to load
