Downloading Instagram Reels without watermarks to repost elsewhere

What is the easiest way to download an Instagram Reel so you can post it somewhere else? Everything I try either adds a watermark or drops the quality noticeably

The watermark thing is the worst. Screen recording leaves a watermark from the phone status bar and the built-in share tools do not give you a file. Need something that grabs the original
