Has anyone been to Montenegro? What's the best weather?

Has anyone on this forum been to Montenegro? My friends and I were foolish to go in November. We spent all four days watching the storm from the hotel window. How could we have known the weather would be like that? It was disappointing, but I would like to try again. Could you please advise when the weather is best for visiting?

It rains in November, even in America. Isn't that obvious? I feel bad about your wasted time, but I hope you had fun at the hotel. I went to Montenegro in June last year, and before that, I read about the weather Montenegro https://getexperience.com/blog/posts/best-time-to-visit-montenegro on GetExperience. You really shouldn't have gone in November except maybe to the south where there are ski resorts. There are storms and rain on the beaches from November to April. Next time, you should read about it. If you want to go to the beach, go in June or September.
