July & Early August Life Update

Hi everyone! I'm back after my unexpected hiatus during July!
A lot of things happened during this month honestly, first, I reconnected with a friend group I've been in for about 7 years now and it was really fun~! Second, my brother's boyfriend came to visit us this winter break and we hung out together and got to know him for the first time which was pretty interesting. Third, lately I've been taking the hobby of learning how to code on my own! I'm currently coding a Discord Kpop card collection bot that should launch officially around August 18th! I've been working very diligently in this project and I hope it does well.
Now, despite the nice and good news. There was also something very sad that happened recently. On August 3rd, my Grandpa passed away after dealing with illnesses for the past 5 years. It truly crushed me a lot to hear these news and I've been little by little getting used to the idea that he just won't be there anymore. I was (and still am) very sad that the last time I saw him was 7 years ago before I moved to a different country and simply never got the chance to see him again. Despite the deep sadness that I feel, I'm still glad he doesn't have to keep struggling and can finally rest peacefully.
As for me, I will be returning to make more posts as often as I can! I feel like creating the Icarus outfits really helped my mind to be distracted at least for a bit and I believe it has helped me feel better overall. I might not be as online as I used to be for the next few weeks but do know I love this community very much, and I'm grateful to have such a lovely space for my creativity to flow. I'm happy to see your stunning sets in my feed and it makes me so so glad to see how everyone improves in their own ways.
