➶ had hopes of living out their life on the sea, even escaping their District and Panem overall. They'd never do it though because they know their parents need them too much

𝕰𝖝𝖙𝖊𝖓𝖉𝖊𝖉 𝕭𝖆𝖈𝖐𝖌𝖗𝖔𝖚𝖓𝖉

⊱ Scup is currently apprenticed as a net-weaver.
⊱ Her parents are marine biologists, keeping the Capitol abreast of fish populace, their habitat/conditions, etc. - an important occupation as a thriving fishing industry is imperative to the survival of Panem.
⊱ Her older sister, Siren, died in the Games at the age of twelve, when Scup was only three years old. Her memory of Siren is sadly very limited to stories told to her by her parents and grandmother.
