yacht club-rich girl
trust fund kid living on her own in nyc until she finished school
driven and athletic, like she almost made the olympic swim team
rockwall climber, morning jogger, likes to box (knock some dudes around to get the frustration out while listening to tchaikovsky)
law school is the next big thing for her as daddy dear has promised her a spot at his massively successful law firm if she manages to graduate his alma mater, new york university
struggles with feelings of inadequacy when it comes down to it
she's easily jealous of anyone who is doing better (at sport, work, life in general) than she is but hates that about herself
she really wants to show her dad that she can be successful- and, more than that, that she can be successful in all of her endeavours- that she is someone to be proud of . . . even with her olympic dream failing . . . among other failings . . .
like the cleptomania- she has been arrested a couple times before but thanks to her dad, she's avoided any jail time
like, some people just can't avoid destroying themselves and she's one of those. like, no matter how hard she tries to better herself through sport or education, no matter how much she has or has waiting for her at the other end of the tunnel, she's just, like, always working against her own good
but she tries, forever clawing her way out of an endless abyss towards the light

𝙻𝚒𝚔𝚎𝚜 . early mornings, her mother’s gyoza, saunas, boxing, the smell of chlorine, classical music (specifically ballets), runner's high (accompanied by the thrill of petty theft), yoga occasionally, noodles, the book smell, old oversized t-shirts/sweaters
𝙳𝚒𝚜𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎𝚜 . green juice, swim caps, wet hair on cold days, failing, monotony, itchy clothing, restrictive or heavy accessories, hot dogs, stilettos

𝚂𝚝𝚢𝚕𝚎 . simple and comfortable, clothes that allow her to move, the softer the better. has a bit of an expensive taste, but she considers it more as high standards for the quality of her clothing. not one for much makeup but will wear a small bit of mascara and blush when she needs to put in a bit more effort.

𝚂𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚜𝚝 𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚃𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚝 . driven. she's motivated in her endeavors and it's difficult to stop her once she gets an idea in her head.

𝙼𝚊𝚗𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚜𝚖𝚜 . a big knuckle/joint cracker, cracks her knuckles seemingly every five minutes and will also hit the neck, elbows, back, and sometimes knees. fight over flight, her fists automatically go up when she's startled. picks at her nail beds when she's anxious and/or avoiding eye contact.

𝙼𝚘𝚜𝚝 𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎𝚕𝚢 𝚙𝚕𝚊𝚌𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚋𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 . it used to be the aquatics center, but more recently it will be the library. even if she's just taking a nap.
