Sending her off the edge when class is in session is one of Stassia’s favorite activities. Even on the field they are rivals. Trash talk gets a little… intense sometimes. In all honest Anastasia has come to realize pushing people away is not healthy. She’s made it goal to squash the beef between the two, but 6 years of anger is hard to apologize for.

Marseille really isn’t rude. She’s just uneducated. She’s never been taught social or table manners. She’s often brash and unintentionally rude. Most people don’t really understand her and take it as bitchy. A lot of people looking in are confused about how someone so offensive and improper made it to Champion of Artemis.

In her own defense, she is a very skilled hunter and has the mindset to get what she wants at whatever cost. Right now the throne might be second to catching her sister’s killer, but it is on her mind. No matter what order her goals are in she will always complete them. Earning the throne is just icing on top of the cake.

Marseille is very untrusting and cautious of people. Which is understandable considering her position. Even though she is careful she will have to make “lasting relationships” with a lot of the other contestants. It’s imperative for finding her sister’s killers.

The first goal of her plan? Small, but necessary. Find all and any person that has some sort of ill fate towards the gods. That will tell her who doesn’t care for them or their strength. They are the reason the twins were so blessed and born. Whoever hates the gods has a strong motive to hate their “gifts” or even the magic they bestowed upon people. There’s always antis. Always.

Second objective. Finding the anti-hunters of Uvemaan. She has to weed out all the potential suspects she’s got. It might take a while, but she’s got nothing but time. Plus, there has to be an anti headquarter in the court. That’s the only place all can meet. Third is obvious, kill the bastards that killed her sister. Hopefully, kill all antis of Uvemaan. Or maybe not. She’s only got so far in her plans.

Marseille has a few tricks up her sleeve. She might even realize just how important friendships are. With her, anything goes. With every plan, there’s an equal chance it could go terribly wrong. Maybe Marseille’s planned future is not what the gods have in mind.

Marseille’s opinion on Gemon is slightly confused. Assuming no one knows who he really is she would just be puzzled at the fact that a supposed nobody would think he was that much of hot shit. Who is he to think he’s almost made to be a human incarnate of Dionysus. She’d be more annoyed at the fact that he has such a big head. Which would, in turn, makes her less afraid of him and more amused. She wouldn’t be able to take him seriously most of the time.

Marseille would definitely be intrigued the first time she sees Arinna. She’s someone Marseille needs by her side to help weed out her sister’s killer(s). Marseille is also 100% sure if Arinna isn’t on her side she’ll be the enemy and that’s something Marseille just can’t let happen.

Marseille isn’t really taking the stand quite yet to fully complete. It’s a little early and to be honest she’ll most likely be distracted for the first couple of events. That’s not to say she won’t try. I don’t think she would be concerned. She doesn’t think Arinna will be able to win. Arinna seems like she’s too focused on winning anything to see the big picture. Which could be a plus for Marseille if she decides not to venture out and seek help from her.

Lowkey the way to mars’ head is antis. She will do anything to avenge her sister’s death. She may have been taught by living life, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t skilled in finding loopholes and manipulating people for her own advantage. She knows that he’s 100x more educated than she could ever be, but she’s done research of her own. She knows all there is to know (publicly, what is common knowledge, also bribing people to give her inside info) about Lord Lars. She knows she can loop her way in because he seems like he wants to be in control bad enough to be blinded by a fake allegiance. She’d tell him what he wants to hear. Just enough about her situation for him to want (well.. make her think he wants to) to help her take down some antis. She’d tell him she’d support his bid for king, but only if he let her hunt down antis starting in the house of Artemis. She’d be his personal “ anti hunter” lmao WHAT.. but there would be TONs of push and pull before she finally decides the only way to get her way is to fall into his obviously phony plan. She obviously isn’t stupid so she’d tell him that she wants help scowling the court for antis because let’s be real there has to be at least one. Getting help before he’s actually king.. he won’t be (in her opinion) but that’s how she’ll use him for money and resources! The only way I could think she would bring to the table would be convincing him there are antis in his own house??? Maybe even someone he trains with?? Or someone who he’s recently formed an alliance with?? She’s really good at making people believe even the most ridiculous of things. She’d find some leverage on him. Maybe she bribed someone from his house to tell her about his brother and his dark magic shiz?? Idk what do you think about that? If she found that important info she would most likely have him up against the wall and he’d have to help her? With the way I’m thinking is she’d threaten to shine the light on this secret to everyone if he doesn’t help her??

I really REALLY wanna see a little mini competition between the two because they both are surprisingly good at archery. OMG can they please do it publicly in front of all the contestants?? to prove her magic she’d close her eyes and shoot?? And then turn around and shoot?? AND MAYBE SHOOT INTO THE AIR AND IT STILL LANDS ON HER TARGET?? Omg please skdjxnx He’d have to believe in her magic then! As for him to believe the nomiki are savages she’d play with him doing savage things and then?? honestly with her ever-deteriorating mask of effortless invulnerability maybe she’d slip up a couple of times?? And he’ll be like aye .. maybe I could actually take advantage of her?? And learn more about the Nomiki through her own suffering?? .. why do I hate all my characters and want them to suffer lmao I could see him being insensitive about her twin OOH AND SHE COULD BRING UP HIS BROTHER (or the shaman he killed omf ) IN PRIVATE! I could see them totally arguing half the time just because I think they could both get under each other’s skin. Plus she could prove the point that he’s way more savage than she is?? Marseille would see Indrio as an enemy. She's almost certain that she needs to be on Indrio's good side. She'll try to worm her way in. All she needs is leverage. Which means she needs to either blackmail her or become somewhat friends?? She's aware Indrio doesn't really do the friend thing. Do you have any ideas to further this plot or a better one bc there most likely are 6546 better ones?

I think Indrio might be one of the only people that Marseille could be intimidated by. Marseille is less intimidated by the physical challenge than the mental challenge. She is almost positive Indrio could take the throne with her tactics.
